Castle Reserved Home Retreat!

Located within walking distance of the historic Castle Farms, popular wedding destination and event venue. 6 Bedrooms, 3 Baths Furnished. 2 miles to downtown Charlevoix; where you will find shopping, dining, galleries, beaches, and marinas. This home offers the coziness and space you need during your up north vacation.

Each furnished bedroom is equipped with full/queen size beds, Master Suite will enjoy a Garden soaker tub, walk in shower, and double sinks in the bathroom. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and washclothes. Three bedrooms and two baths are located on the main level, three bedrooms and one bath on the lower level.
This home comes with a fully stocked kitchen, including: dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans.

Whether relaxing on the back porch, or sitting around the fireplace in the living space, this spacious home is the perfect place to unwind after enjoying all that Charlevoix, and the surrounding area, has to offer.

There is a $200.00 cleaning fee. I do not want you surprised at check out. 100% of this charge goes to my cleaners. This is a very big house with lots of laundry. My cleaners are top notch and deserve every penny of this fee! :)

The place was easy to get to and from the Castle Farms where we were attending a wedding. Everything was so clean, nice welcoming, lots of parking. I felt right at home! Our dogs were welcome, the neighbors were quiet, beds great. Just an overall great stay! I highly recommend!

It’s a great location and a wonderful property. We had 6 guys, all our own rooms and a ton of room to hang out together. The owners are wonderful, can’t say enough good things about them!

Home away from home!

Comfortable and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Close to downtown Charlevoix, Fisherman Island, Castle Farms and North Pointe Nature Preserve. Great for pets!

The house was larger than it looks and very comfortable. It is possible to walk to Castle Farms but the walk is on a main road. Host was very easy to work with and we enjoyed our stay.

Family Wedding

We had everything we needed at the house and were able to enjoy coffee in the morning in the serene backyard. There was more than enough space so we never felt like we were on top of each other. The location was perfect!

I love being able to rent to families so they can enjoy their time together.

Why they chose this property

This property allows for families to have their own space while being close to all Northern Michigan has to offer.

What makes this property unique

This is approximately a 3000 square feet living space property. We recently added a per person fee for any guest over a quantity 6. We did this so we can keep our nightly rate and cleaning fee lower. I do not want a family of 6 paying what a family of 13 pays. 😊
