The view of Lake Michigan doesn’t get any better when staying at the cottage.

I had a lovely stay at the cottage. It was wonderful being at the cottage in July and August. I am grateful for the experience. The cottage is special with its location in Boulder Park and being it was designed and built by Charlevoix architect Earl Young.

This was the perfect place for us to stay for six nights in Charlevoix. We took the GEM tour of the Earl Young houses and afterwards we could walk around the neighborhood and know which houses he built and what was unique about them. We went downtown for market day and bought a delicious cherry pie. We drove to Boyne City for lunch and Bayfront Park in Petoskey for a day trip. The house was clean and very well stocked. We played cards on the outside deck and enjoyed the view. The large picture window in the front room is a great place to relax. Would highly recommend this home for a vacation.

Just a wonderful cottage. It is clean and tidy. Everything functions well. Kitchen has everything you need. Very comfortable. Fabulous view.
On previous trips, this line of large rocks have been completely submerged.

Great house

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It is in a great location: right across from the lake and easy access to town. The house was perfect for 2 couples to stay at while we explored Charlevoix, Petoskey, and Mackinac.

Amazing property in a breathtaking location!

This wonderful home is exactly as advertised and has everything one could want. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials, and the bathrooms were squeaky clean! This is a must for anyone who knows the history of the Charlevoix Mushroom Houses. Wonderful stay!

Perfect Get-Away

This is a great historic cottage! We enjoyed the quiet space, lake view, and quick accessibility to town. Hosts were lightning at responding and addressing our issue when a fuse blew.
