Very private Lambert’s Cove home with three bedrooms, two baths, outdoor shower, and a greenhouse. It's tucked away on two private wooded acres with landscaped gardens and a stone wall backing on a forested conservation area. We have an all-new (2024) kitchen and two bathrooms, central AC, two cable TV’s, washer/dryer, outdoor gas grill, season pass to nearby Lambert’s Cove Beach, and Ice House Pond is a beautiful 10-minute walk. We also have an enormous screened porch, deck, library/office, free WiFi, and home gym (treadmill & weights)/TV room.

A lovely house in a lovely spot

The house is beautiful and comfortable, and the area is our favorite on the Vineyard. It's a five-minute drive to Lamberts' Cove Beach, the nicest on the island and especially good for families. The hosts were very communicative and easy to reach and their welcome guide is perhaps the best I've ever seen. We had a wonderful stay and would very happily stay there again.

Lamberts Cove Comfort and Charm

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing property. The house was very well equipped with comfortable furniture and beautiful, interesting artwork all throughout the house. The location is quiet and secluded but not that far from Vineyard Haven. We enjoyed exploring the Lamberts Cove area and up island. The hosts were very attentive and responsive. We are already looking forward to returning next year! Highly recommend!

Great House!

Great house, great stay. Easy access to Lamberts Cove Beach which is beautiful. We walked to Lamberts Cove Restaurant, which was ok, there are better options on the island, but it was very convenient if you don't want to drive. Best about the house... outdoor shower, sunroom, beds are comfortable. No matter where you sit in this house there is something interesting to look at. Thanks Brad, would definitely come back. ps... enjoy the sun, we got it in Aquinnah!

Vineyard Gem

This is our favorite stay on Martha’s Vineyard. The house is a gem, tucked away in an oasis of birds, gardens, and Vineyard feels. The house is spacious and well-appointed. It’s a short walk to Ice-House Pond and close to Lambert’s Cove. We really enjoyed the kitchen space and library/office space. Beds are super comfy. The hosts are fantastic-responsive, anticipatory, accommodating, and welcoming. They’re truly the best! We can’t wait to return!

Martha’s Vineyard Family Vacation

The location was fantastic and Lamberts Cove beach is wonderful. The house was well appointed and the gardens and wildlife was very enjoyable. The multiple bird feeders kept a constant influx of a variety of species such as finches, woodpeckers, cardinals, blue jays, and many more. The beds were very comfortable and the central air worked great during our very hot stay in the middle of summer. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel like they are somewhat isolated when at the house but within 20 minutes of all the area shops and activities in Vineyard Haven, Oaks Bluff, and Edgartown.

Special place close to the beach and in the woods. Our stay was just wonderful. Our hosts were attentive and responded very quickly to any of our questions. Their home is wonderful, full of charm, well stocked and magnificent landscaped grounds. We love the location. Definitely would return. We look forward to that time soon.

Lovely property

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. Somewhat remote location, which we wanted, but less than 15 min to vineyard haven, about 25 min to Edgartown and Aquinnah. Access to the beautiful Lambert Cove Beach was a huge perk, With coolers/beach chairs/umbrella provided at property, and the flowers and gardens are gorgeous. Thanks Brad for a great experience, we hope to stay here again in the future!

Fourth of July retreat

We had a terrific experience at Stones End this summer. The house was as described -- very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The "sun" room on the screened in porch is the perfect place to start or end the day. The grounds had a whimsical feel, a thoughtful combination of welcoming sitting areas, strolling paths and gardens. Easy access to Lambert's Cove Inn restaurant, Ice House Pond and Lambert's Cove beach (arguably the best on MV) made for some great nearby adventures. There was some confusion regarding the type of passes to Lambert's Cove beach (walk-on rather than car). With children, walking to the beach with gear in tow is a bit of a logistical challenge. All in all, a wonderful get-way in a quiet and beautiful part of the island.
