NEW & FABULOUS! WALK TO LAMBERT’S COVE BEACH

Set in a grove of mature beech trees, this completely renovated and updated house is ideally located in the very desirable Lambert’s Cove. Just a 10 minute walk to both Lambert’s Cove Beach (one of the most beautiful beaches on the Island!) and Ice House Pond (the nicest freshwater pond on the Island!).

Total square footage of 2440 sq. ft. includes an open living area with reclaimed beams and wide-plank, rustic oak floors. Three large skylights create a beautiful, light-filled space. Just beyond the living room is the dining area and a fully appointed and well-equipped modern kitchen with high-end stainless appliances.

Living room sliders open onto a large deck that extends across the front of the house, with plenty of outdoor seating. In the back of the house, off the dining area and kitchen, is a screened-in porch for relaxing, entertaining, or outdoor dining.

There are three comfortable bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Master on the 1st floor has a king-bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Upstairs is a 2nd bedroom with queen bed, a 3rd bedroom with 2 twins, and a full bath with tub/shower. Finished lower level has a large flat-screen TV with enhanced sound system, plus a game area with foosball. The house has central AC throughout, plus ceiling fans.

This gem of a property is located a short distance to Lambert’s Cove Beach and a walk-on beach pass is included. The Land Bank’s Ice House Pond property is also a short walking distance and it may be accessed from the Manaquayak Rd entrance.

This beautifully renovated house is in a great location for walking to Lambert's Cove beach or ice house pond. Additionally, it's a short drive to Vineyard Haven for shopping & restaurants and there are beautiful trails nearby if you're in the mood to hike. The house is fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable and comforting vacation. I can't recommend it enough!

Amazing is an understatement!

This property was PERFECT! It is immaculate and extremely well equipped. There was nothing we needed and didnt have. The home layout is perfect for a vacation stay. The home is fantastically built. (You'd be hard pressed to find a squeaky floor board or stair tread, or even a simple scuff on the wall!!) Everything the host did is absolutely painstakenly deliberate and well thought out. She truly cares your stay is beyony exceptional.We will plan to be back at one of the host's locations during our next Martha's Vineyard vacation. ,Thank you for helping make our vacation wonderful!

Great Stay

Lisa is an exceptional host. The house is beautifully built and incredibly well stocked with everything you could want in the kitchen and plenty of beach accessories. The location is wonderful with easy access to lambert’s cove beach and is set on a private lot in a natural setting. Lisa was extremely accessible and provided us with everything we needed to have a great trip. Would absolutely stay here again when we visit Martha’s Vineyard. Thank you Lisa and Ivory!

Immaculate

Our first visit to MV won’t be our last, and the same goes for this beautiful house in the woods. Lisa and Ivory soared no expense and missed no details in building a great rental house. Three couples enjoyed the spacious and quiet surroundings and especially the wonderfully equipped kitchen. Perfect for a getaway or a long stay, easy access to the beach and all parts of the island. Loved it!

Love Lamberts Cove

The house was immaculate when we arrived, along with fresh tulips, a handwritten card, a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates made on the Vineyard. The set-up of the house is perfect. Our son had to work some of the time, and he set-up his "office" on the dining room table. We loved the West Tisbury location, many close Landbank properties for lovely walks, as well as the glorious Lamberts Cove Beach. Lisa and Ivory were wonderful hosts. We look forward to coming back to this house, we all fell in love with it.

This is an excellent property! The hosts, Lisa and Ivory, are extremely helpful and friendly. The house seems brand new. Lots of natural light. Very private - can’t see or hear the neighbors.The house is very well maintained, stocked and equipped.The high end kitchen appliances, several of which we’ve never seen in a VRBO property, are practically new and work great.Tons of dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans. Even tupperware!The amenities are great with a large washer and dryer, beach towels and chairs, large gas grill, large deck with lots of seating options, gas firepit and 2 large dining tables, one inside the house and one in the screened porch.The location is also very good. Lambert’s Cove Beach is a 15-20 minute walk away although you must walk on the 2 lane road to get there which might be an issue in the summer busy season but not when we were there in late September.You will definitely need a car here. The ferry is 20 minutes away. The other towns worth visiting are all between 15 and 20 minutes away in the low season. Not sure about the summers. There is a fairly large grocery store 10 minutes away (Cronigs) in Vineyard Haven but if you are spending a week there and need to stock up, you are definitely better off going to the Stop and Go in Edgartown because everything is much, much cheaper there.Taking a day trip to Nantucket turned out to be very easy and that ferry is about 25 minutes away, again in the off-season.Highly recommend!

The Best of the Vineyard

This is the second time we've stayed in this home; it's perfect for us. The home is lovely, very comfortable and provides all the amenities you could possibly need. The hosts are easy to communicate with and willing to accommodate reasonable requests. We look forward to our next trip to the Vineyard, and to our stay in this beautiful home!

Wonderful light filled house

This is an extremely well equipped house. The best outfitted kitchen in a rental house I have ever seen. We did a lot of cooking so appreciated this. The linens were lovely, and so was the entire house. Lisa is super nice and helpful. I would love to go back.

Peace and Tranquility

The house and the host provided a wonderful place to be for a few cold days in January. The house is bright, clean and modern with lots of windows and a cozy setting. Above and Beyond

If you have the opportunity to stay in this beautiful new vacation home, my husband and I strongly encourage you to take advantage of it. We were guests in June of 2021 and, although we have been visiting the island for 20 years, we cannot imagine a more perfect home, setting, location, and hosts. The home is beautifully decorated and a short 10 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches. It is equipped with everything you could want during your vacation. Lisa and Ivory are amazing hosts and will go above and beyond if there is anything you need. We can’t wait to go back.

We were wowed by this house, the setting and our hosts. We had an incredible vacation and truly great experience renting this house. The house is beautifully designed and styled. It is also located in a great part of the island. We were especially happy with how the house is kept. It is immaculate. The linens and housewares are lovely. It is stocked with everything you need and also what you didn’t know you needed for a thoroughly enjoyable and and smooth vacation. The owners, Lisa and Ivory, are truly invested in making your visit delightful. They succeed. Lisa thinks of everything and goes above and beyond. She is an extraordinary host and somehow makes you feel you are her a personal houseguest. She is available and incredibly helpful throughout the visit. The house was exactly what we were hoping. The setting is absolutely beautiful. There is a breathtaking, uncrowded beach nearby as well as access to a private pond in walking distance. We could not be happier with our vacation house rental. We will definitely return. We strongly recommend renting The Beech House.

October Weekend Getaway

This is a BEAUTIFUL property with lovely wooded views, a gorgeous fireplace to cozy up to on chilly evenings, lots of natural light and plenty of space for friends/family to spread out and be comfy. It's just down the road from Lambert's Cove Beach - one of the most beautiful spots on MV! Communication with Lisa, one of the owners, was easy and prompt and she went the extra mile to make my friends and I feel welcome during our stay . She even met us at the house when we first arrived to give us a quick tour and to make sure we had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. I've stayed at a number of different properties on MV over the years and this was one of the best rental experiences I've had.

Great Experience!

This new property was really nice and fully met our expectations. It was nestled in a nice quiet area in West Tisbury and in close proximity to favorites like Lambert’s Cove beach and the Lambert’s Cove Inn Restaurant. The property owner is very nice, helpful, accommodating and hospitable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Martha’s Vineyard.
