Welcome to this beautiful stone house, renovated old istrian rural cottage, nowadays turned into charming and comfortable holiday home ideal for families, couples, groups.
House is located in small istran village Dracevac, just on the outskirts of Porec and only 8 km away from sea, beaches. It will prove to be ideal combination of location where you have peaceful atmosphere of istrian inlands, green and Mediterranean like surroundings, but at the same time just few minute drive away from the all tourist attractions of seaside resort such is Porec.
House is easy to access, has a secured private parking, large terrace where you can enjoy meals on the open with barbecue just in hand.
Inside you will find large fully equipped kitchen and dining area on one side of the house and on t e other living room area with fireplace and tv, conservatory, bathroom with shower and one bedroom with double bed.
First floor consists of 2 bedroom and bathroom with bath tub.
On second floor is attic with living room are and sofa bed that can be turned into double bed for 2 persons basically can be used as one large bedroom if there is 8 people in total.

Maison de village très confortable, bien équipée (électro-ménager, vaisselle...) et rénovée avec beaucoup de goût!! Belle, fonctionnelle, à quelques minutes des plages de poreč! De plus, Barbara est charmante et réactive! Je conseille vivement !

Relaxing family holiday, felt like home

We really enjoyed our time at Sunny House. It lived up to our expectations from the listing, feeling very homely and comfortable. The welcome notes in the house were helpful and helped us settle in quickly too. We loved the authentic stone walls, and the open plan kitchen/dining/living room was great for gathering everyone together, (and the attic room was an excellent escape when we just wanted some peace and quiet!) Having books available to borrow was a nice touch. We spent most of our days exploring Istria, and discovered many beautiful towns and villages within easy reach (Motovun was particularly charming). It was only a short drive for an afternoon swim in the sea at Porec and the Euphrasian Basilica there is stunning - thank you for the recommendation. The courtyard garden and conservatory were very pleasant places for a leisurely breakfast while watching village life go by and having a glass of local wine or two at sunset. The property is great and functioned very well for us. We will definitely be booking again.

Nice house vs. unappropriate outside-area

The house in Dracevac is outstanding. In a very good shape, all rooms are big enough and sufficiently equiped. The kitchen is big and well equiped - cooking in any way was no problem. So, why only 4 stars? If you don't belong to the sort of poeple who stay at the beach for the whole long day you love to spend some time at your house outside, in the garden, on the balkony or terrace. And exactly there the location has its weekness.....the outside-area is very short and very small. If you book the house with more than 4 poeple it is nearly unpossible to relaxe in the sun together at the same time.... The second topic to mention is, the outside-area is right on the front of the house, where you see and hear the all-day-traffic from the side- and the main-street. 2m (side) or 5m (main) away from your position. So, my conclusion: very nice support, very nice house, but not really an appropriate outside-area.

lovely charming house

It is a very lovely house, clean, with all comfort and very well situated (little villag, but many tourist attractions not far away!). The listing description was exact, all we needed for a comfortable stay was furnished. The managing agency was very helpful and friendly. Except one little problem with electricity (in whole village), we had no problems at all with this accommodation. We can recommend this property for every one. Claudia
