Light airy studio w/ a private entrance, private bathroom and a kitchenette in the beautiful LATERRA Resort. Laterra is in a gated community and includes the World Golf Village Spa in the lobby, and a Resort Style pool. The King and Bear Amenity Center (a 5 minute walk) includes a heated Lap Pool, a Family Pool, several tennis courts, a playground, and a brand new fitness center. The famous King & Bear Golf Course is across the street...Champions Grille, in the King & Bear is open to the public.

This is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a business trip, with so much to see and do in the World Golf Village, St Augustine and Jacksonville!

Your studio is furnished with a new king bed, wifi, TV incl Netflix and Amazon, a sitting area, a private bath and a kitchenette with a fridge, sink, microwave, kuerig, dishes and silverware etc. We supply sheets, towels, soap and shampoo.

Murabella Plaza is 1.5 miles away: contains 45 stores incl 10 restaurants, a supermarket, a bank, a liquor store and more. In less than 30 minutes there are 5 beautiful beaches, historic Old Town, the World Golf Hall of Fame and so much more!

Madonna and Al were the most gracious hosts and made us feel so welcome in the city they now call home. This is the second summer we have stayed at this condo. The owners are great - so accommodating, easy to work with, communication is excellent. The area is really nice! Close to all of the tourist areas around St Augustine and Jacksonville and the beaches, but not so close that you feel overwhelmed by all of the traffic and people. Really love staying here!
