Welcome to this cozy studio condo on the top floor, designed for a relaxing and memorable stay. The soft butternut and blue décor creates a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and soaking in the beautiful views. Lounge on your private balcony and take in the sights of the lush trees, serene lagoon, and one of the three-tiered Laterra fountains. The amazing Florida climate will make your stay even more enjoyable.
The full kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for cooking meals at home. Though there is no washer or dryer, the sofa sleeper serves as an additional bed for accommodating up to 2 extra guests (3rd and 4th).
Relax and unwind with your Smart TV with Roku, where you can access your favorite streaming apps via your personal log-in credentials.
When you’re ready to soak up some sun, head over to the gorgeous Laterra pool, conveniently located in the courtyard of your building.
Baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table, and porta crib) and beach chairs are available at no charge upon request with 24 business hours' notice. All items are subject to availability.
For the safety of our guests, we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. This third-floor unit has access to two nearby elevators for your convenience.
