Guests are texted pass for length of stay. A lockbox outside the lobby entrance has Unit 306 room key& fob. The access code will be texted the day of checkin. Also has fitness center, heated lap pool, a Lazy River pool, tennis & pickle ball courts. Close to the beaches, golf clubs, and historic downtown St. Augustine, oldest city in the USA. Complimentary coffee/tea, bottled water. Many towels, washer & dryer, inflatable air mattress if needed, size Queen & Twin. AT&T Fiber wifi, 2 smart TV’s, free parking, luggage carts in pull up lobby. Beautifully maintained grounds, very quiet peaceful setting. Minimal traffic. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND,INCLUDING VAPING IN CONDO! NO CANDLES. Please keep noise level to a normal level. Turn off lights when leaving condo.
