Adorable unit located on the ground floor. As you walkup to the unit, you will see the pool on your right, the Atlantic ocean directly ahead and the front door to the left. It is a perfect location for easy access to both beach or pool. Open floor plan is perfect for entertaining. There are TV’s in every room. Master has a King size bed, second bedroom has a king and the third bedroom has two twins. Patio is perfect for morning coffee or watching the sunrise!

Perfect location!

First time here and you can't beat the location. The ground floor is great for access to the beach; which is right outside the unit and the pool is right behind you. Unit is a little dated and needs some basic cooking spices but was great for the 6 of us that stayed. Would definitely come again.

Location, location, location

This is a nice sized ground floor unit with fantastic ocean views and is close to the pool. We have stayed in various Sailmaker properties and love the area. This property is in a fantastic location. The decor is dated and there are some places that could be better cleaned. However, the kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the beds are very comfortable. The size was perfect for our family of five. We would rent this property again.

We like the location and condo was as advertised

We enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were fine for us. We will probably stay again although with our family we prefer three bathrooms. The condo was not as clean as we would have liked and could use an update. I was surprised we never heard from the property manager once we arrived and disappointed we never received a reply to our phone calls or emails when asking for an extra two hours of stay before check out.

This unit is well photographed and full of “eye candy”.

This unit is well photographed and full of “eye candy”. It is certainly true that all the positive features shown are present. Also true is a substantial amount of delayed maintenance such as light bulb replacement, ability of doors and windows to operate within human strength limits, loose wallpaper clusters and a squirting shower head in the master bathroom. A special comment is appropriate about the heating and circulation system. It is based on a heat pump and appears to be original equipment; the upgraded thermostat device in this unit never switched off therefore the system fan circulated 100% of the time either on circulation, auto or the on setting. Perhaps more irksome than anything but who goes on vacation to inherit another guy’s delayed maintenance list? We made a conscious decision that we would enjoy our time regardless of the issues and we did. On the other hand, we will not use this unit again particularly at the comparable price point we paid.

Needed get-away

This was, by far, the easiest checkin I have experienced. The unit was clean and was exactly as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked with items that made it easy to prepare meals. I LOVED being on the first floor and being able to see the ocean from kitchen and living room. I will definitely stay here again!!
