Kings Beach Oceanfront Condominium Unit 12A. Beautifully furnished, new construction conveniently located just a few miles south of Kralendijk at Punt Vierkant. This 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom townhouse apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a modern kitchen, air-conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, telephone, TV, WIFI internet and a washer. The master suite balcony faces the ocean for enjoying sunsets and wonderful views. The second floor bedroom also has ocean views and balcony. The living room and dining area offer views of the ocean and a walk out patio for sunning and entertaining. Walk out 150 feet from the patio, across a sandy beach to palm trees and a palapa . Our beach is perfect for sunning, swimming, snorkeling and diving.

I am a US citizen. I have owned this property since 2010. My wife and I stay here ourselves for 4 months January through April. Our kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to cook in or just enjoy life in Bonaire.

Why they chose this property

This unique ocean front property is located in the serene southern area of the island. The diving and snorkeling on site is astounding. There are over 20 dive and snorkel sites within a short ride. Town, dining, shopping and airport are minutes away.

What makes this property unique

Kite Beach is a few miles down the road. Windy Lac Bay is about 6 miles away for windsurfing. The property is on a private beach with beautiful sunset views. You can snorkel or dive right from our backyard. The two bedroom suites face the water with spectacular views.
