Cozy second floor apartment located in the heart of Uptown on Magazine Street. Close walking distance to some of the best restaurants and shops New Orleans has to offer. Easy access to bus or car service. Seven blocks from Street Car.

Steep interior stairs, although beautiful, make this rental a bit tricky for young kids or anyone having difficulty on stairs. Kitchen, laundry and first bathroom located on first floor, with two bedrooms, second bathroom and living on second floor. There is a small bistro table in the kitchen (not shown) that will seat 3-4 people.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was just as described. It was very clean, comfortable and in a great safe neighborhood. Great restaurants, shops, and bars in easy walking distance. Parking was always available on the street. Loved the historical features of the apartment, especially the woodwork, high ceilings and the transom windows. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. I would recommend the apartment and would stay here again in the future.

Perfect Getaway

The host communicated well and we found the apartment well-stocked and convenient. The photos are accurate. The location was very convenient for public transportation and there are restaurants, bakeries and a great bookstore within easy walking distance. There was a little issue with the refigerator and the host immediately ensured that it was resolved.

Loved this little spot

Great location. Very nice apartment with tons of charm. We loved the privacy, but access to everything on Magazine including being next door to Tito’s Peruvian Restaurant. Truly an enjoyable stay!

Perfect for family!

We felt safe and comfortable at the apartment and the host was easy to communicate with. Walking distance to restaurants and shops but far enough from the French Quarter to feel like a residential area. Would stay again!

Great NOLA home base!

Lovely property, plenty of comfortable room, nicely appointed. Hosts were helpful and responsive. Convenient to St. Charles line, also, street parking was usually easy. Would definitely stay here next time we're in town!

Great place to stay during Jazzfest

Nice place in good location. The only negative is that the kitchen is on the first floor and the bedrooms, living room and one of the bathrooms are on the second floor - 19 stairs up.
