Wonderful apartment rental in New Orleans, LA. Perfect location away from the noise of the French Quarter, but close to transportation. Clean and comfy.Parking in the streets, nextvto the house, safe and always available.Highly recommend for the family vacation!
Excellent property just as listed. Incredibly clean, no issues at all, and host was quick to respond to questions.
Overall A+
Will book this property again if available for next trip!
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The pictures are accurate. It is in a great neighborhood and we were able to walk to many locations. Loved walking to Magazine Street everyday to eat and shop. We also walked to the French Quarter a couple of times. Communication with the property owner was always quick and helpful. Would definitely stay here again
Fantastic condo in a great Garden District location
I just stayed at Bailey's condo in the Lower Garden District with my family and it's exactly as it's represented in the photos. The location was great and literally less than 5 minute walk to the St. Charles streetcar line. We had a rental car and there was plenty of free street parking. Bailey was extremely responsive with any questions we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable. If I return to NOLA I would definitely stay here again.
Our group was senior women. The location is awesome & the apartment is comfortable & very, very, clean. Bailey responded to question with lightning speed. I would absolutely book the property again, should I be in New Orleans

Nice unit, neighborhood not good
We liked the clean apartment and convenient location. The neighborhood was bad with garbage laying in the street.

The neighborhood is very safe, and the garbage was picked up the day after Roger departed. Unfortunately, like every other city, garbage isn't picked up every single day.
The house was charming, quintessential for New Orleans and beautifully updated. Very clean and well stocked. The location is close to everything, including restaurants, shops, and the town car route. There is alot of homeless camps by the freeway, and though this home isn't far from that area, we felt very safe and far enough away that we walked to places. I had also looked up high crime areas in New Orleans and this neighborhood was one of the lowest in the surrounding areas. It was a great find at a great price!!!
There are so many good things about this property and host! The apartment was exactly as described and pictured. Completely clean and ready for us. We loved the fact that it was a historical house but modernized for comfort. The location was perfect - one block to the parades on St. Charles, two blocks to restaurants and shops on Magazine. Easy for uber to find us and pick us up in front of the house. And I think the most impressive was how wonderful and personable it was working with Bailey - he was so accommodating and quick to get back to any of our questions. 1000% recommend staying here or any of the properties in the home and we hope to book again next Mardi Gras!
This house is very close to the trolley line. Unfortunately, the street cars are full most of the time, we waited for almost an hour and still can't get on one going either ways!
I booked this as the regular hotels were way more expensive and not even close to as nice as this. It really felt like home every time I walked in the door. All the little details were perfect. Even had a coffee maker with coffee and bottled water in the fridge. Highly recommend and would stay there again.
Very comfortable, updated and clean. The unit was within walking distance to Magazine Street and the streetcars. Bailey was very responsive to any questions we had. Would stay here again
