Stylish small private home steps away from vibrant Freret Street, the trendy uptown hotspot filled with restaurants, shops, and bars. 10 minute walk to St. Charles where you will find famous restaurants, the street car, and Mardi Gras Parades. Also walking distance to Tulane and Loyola. Only a 10 minute drive to downtown and the French Quarter.

About the Space:
This charming and cozy house is in a great location central to all popular parts of New Orleans. It is a small one bedroom/one bath home that is perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. It features one bedroom with a queen bed and small closet, a living area with a full kitchen, and one bathroom with a beautiful shower/bath and stacked washer/dryer. (Not pictured in the bedroom is a 5 drawer dresser and smart tv).

Guests have private access to all pictured spaces in the listing. This is a private home not connected to another building. The outdoor space consists of front porch in the photos (no backyard on the property). Parking is on the street feet from the door.

Great location with several local places to eat and drink. There is a bus stop within a block or so, so if you use public transportation, it's super convenient, too. The accommodations were perfect for my stay. Paul was great to deal with and responded promptly when I had questions.

This little house was perfect for our quiet romantic get away. Such a great neighborhood with walkable market and restaurants. The house was clean and exactly as described. We made use of the deep bath tub too. Paul was always super responsive. Already talking about renting here again!

Small but great place!! Comfortable. Kitchen out fitted with everything you could need. Even the knives were sharp. Coffee maker is a kuerig, they supply the cups, but we brought our own. Parking 8 feet from the door. Shower flow a 10. Bed a little firmer than we're use to but not too firm. Slept well. Washer and dryer privided detergent. Great part of town with restaurants, coffee shops and grocery within walking distanct. Host outstanding! Very accommodating. Ran low on paper towels and tp which they replaced almost immediately without being intrusive. On a scale of 1 - 10 this was 11.

Highly recommend this place, great communication from owner, excellent location with restaurants walkable right nearby, vibrant Freret street 1 block away, comfortable bed, everything you need! Modern and comfortable, just a 20 minute walk to Tulane campus.

Perfect Stay

This was a perfect place for us. Just big enough and close to everywhere we would want to go. It was so nice and cute. We will definitely stay here again and Paul was extremely attentive and responsive.

Can’t say enough good about this place. Cute cottage surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops. Place is clean and comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and an easy walk to St Charles Ave.

Great quiet location

Great spot to stay away from the bustle but still an easy walk to the streetcar. One block from coffee shops and a grocery store too. The property owner was very responsive and allowed us to leave our bags before and after check-in times which was a lifesaver.

Concert at Tipitina’s

Early check in was available & host is very open & communicative. Only note: make sure you HOLD the door closed while you push the “lock” button- or it will open & the deadbolt engages with it open. Beautiful space & furnishings, parking right at the door…overall a very lovely stay.

Great Getaway

We were very impressed with this little house. It is very nice and close to many activities, restaurants, and shopping. The only concern we had is that the door lock is electronic and there is no way to lock it from the inside. Otherwise it was perfect.
