This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo located directly on the beach and has amazing beach & pool views. It has been 100% remodeled and it is drop dead gorgeous. It features a full size kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and beautiful new counter tops & cabinets. The living room has beach views along with a comfortable sleeper sofa for guests and a brand new smart tv The master bedroom has a comfy King bed, tv, and views as well. There is a full bath with a walk-in shower. The dining area seats 4 comfortably. The balcony is a nice size with comfortable furniture, and features spectacular views of the beach.
Not only has the condo been upgraded but the building also got an upgrade recently.
Building amenities include a large, heated swimming pool, sun deck, secure private beach access, bocce ball, outdoor gas barbecue and picnic area. It has a great location close to plenty of shops, dining, and entertainment.

Marco Island getaway

The condo was clean and had a great view of the beach/ocean. Laundry was easily accessible. If I had one critique it would be lack of storage for personal items in the bathroom.

Everything was perfect, the condo is beautiful and the views spectacular just as in the listing. We were so happy to see a couple beach chairs and umbrella with plenty of beach towels which we took advantage of daily. Upon arrival we were a little early and the booking agency was beyond wonderful staying in contact with the cleaners and getting us in once they were done. 100% recommend !!!!! P.S. most comfortable bed 👍

Marco Island 🏝 getaway

We had the BEST 7 day vacation ever! Truly enjoyed the condo, location and all the people we met. The pictures are reality! So beautiful! The condo was very clean, comfortable and the decor was a perfect “beachy” theme. Our 8 year old daughter slept on the pull out couch and it was very nice and comfortable. Easy access to the pool and beach, even had beach chairs, beach toys and a beach umbrella to use. Condo was supplied with the basic necessities until we could make a Publix run. I could tell that others had left their extras, which helps as well, and we did the same. The laundry was right outside and down the hall. Very convenient! I never had an issue as far as “waiting” on an available machine. We also loved the security of the condo….felt very safe knowing no one could enter the property on the ground floor without a key. Plenty of parking too! We definitely will stay again, planning our next trip now and we would love to a “do over” right here! Thank you for sharing your home away from home. It truly was a blessing to my family. Wonderful memories made and a lifetime of laughter. 💖

Perfect place!

Clean, comfortable furniture, nice bathroom and equipped kitchen, and sunny balcony. 2nd floor, balcony looks directly over the pool and faces a wide clean beach. Washer and dryer free on each floor. Building clean, updated, well lit and landscaped. Pool is large, clean, and plenty of chairs. Covered car port and secure front door. Friendly tenants and owners. Move in and out easy.

Great week at Sunset House North

We had a great time Sunset House North. Ellen and Sam Henderson from Gulfshore Rentals were extremely friendly, professional and efficient. We loved the Condo # 212. It was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. We are happy to have found it on VRBO.
