Beautiful Marco Island Renovated Condo, 2 Br 2 Ba, 1704 T4, Beach & Ocean Views

A very nice, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at South Seas Northwest, Tower 4, #1704, on the seventeenth floor.. It has a view of the Marco Beach to the southwest. This completely renovated condo has incredible beach, pool, and Gulf water views on the balcony (with a new patio bistro set Nov 2021), as well as picturesque Marco Island on the other. The open concept living, dining and kitchen allows for maximum comfort, lots of family time and a beautiful view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The view from the balcony is spectacular! The balcony also gets daytime sun with the southern exposure on those winter days. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and a beautiful updated on-suit master bath. The master bedroom also opens to the balcony overlooking the pool and beaches. At night, you can hear the waves crashing along the shore. The guest bedroom has 2 single size beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The updated guest bath has a shower/tub combination. There is also a queen size blow up mattress and a crib for an infant. Three TV's that get over 100 channels and are found in the living room and master bedroom. The remodeled kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, beautiful kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops and a Ninja XL indoor grill. The unit is tiled throughout, so no need to worry about allergens or dirty carpet. The property is beautifully landscaped with easy access to the year round, large heated pool, beach and Gulf of Mexico. There is an exercise/weight room, tennis & pickle ball, shuffleboard and a putting green on the property. Boat slips are also available. The condo was just purchased so that is why there are very few ratings yet. This condo building was designed with a small laundry room on each floor, it is close by the condo. These are very clean and nice with new speed queen machines in them. It costs about $3.00 to wash and dry a load of laundry.

The condo is stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, and a variety of beach toys.

Please be aware that motorcycles, RV's, and any type of trailers pulled behind a car or pickup are not allowed into the condo complex area, and there is no parking for these types of vehicles.

There is also a $100 registration and parking fee at the condo office after you arrive at the condo building, this is required if you have a vehicle parked there or not. This is for one vehicle, additional vehicles will also need to pay this fee.

Another great vacation on Marco Island

We spent two weeks on Marco Island and enjoyed our stay at this condo. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had what we needed as we ate in for breakfast and lunch and out for dinner. The salt water pool is great and the beach walks were memorable. Thumbs up all around.

Brought my granddaughter for her graduation gift. The location is beautiful. Great access to the beach and a nice pool. Close to the Everglades. Despite alot of rain that week we had a great time!

Great, clean Condo at a family friendly location! the views of the beach from the balcony and of the city from the front door was breathtaking! We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, the pool, and the surrounding area (so many restaurants to visit!). The owner was very responsive to our emails and a pleasure to correspond with. Definitely would recommend this to everyone!

The condo exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed was there waiting on us. The view was amazing. Sunsets were a bit obstructed. We had great access to the beautiful white beaches and the complex provided great walking paths.

Our unit was clean and orderly. Great location -- near restaurants. Owner's recommendations for places to eat were helpful. Only negative was that mattress and master bedroom was not comfortable.

Can't wait to go back.

With a fall through of a different property. Frank was amazing to help us through to het us into his place within a couple of hours notice. He made sure to he in direct contact with us and made the experience great. The place was nice and clean and the sunset view fantastic. There was plenty to with the beach there and could easily walk to other establishments for a night out. We enjoyed the tennis and there was pickleball, shuffle board and a putting green. We already are working on a plan to get back there.

As advertised

The condo was as advertised. It was very clean, quiet (with only minimal noise disruption from construction), and had all of the comforts of home. The pool seemed small in the photos but in person it was just fine. The area around the condo, and the city in general, is quiet and there is very little activity past 9P. This property is populated by adults, mostly an older crowd. This is not a young "spring break" crowd. There seems to be a lot of "don't do this" and "don't do that" signs on the property, which seem a bit much, but otherwise the property is a great place for a relaxing vacation. The property manager for this condo (Frank) was accessible, prompt in communications, and simply excellent in everything he did.

Overpriced

The quality of the sheets, the master bed, flatware and dishes, linens and cleaning supplies need to be improved. The master bed is very uncomfortable. The Tv's are small and outdated. The unit was relatively quiet for the first 2 weeks then the building got very noisy . The weekly rentals are very loud and disruptive. Will not be going back.

Great location, not far from the restaurants. Even though the property is on the beach, it’s a very, very long walk to the water. My boyfriend has some “back” issues and couldn’t do the “walk” so he stayed by the pool. I would definitely rent again 👍

This condo is in a prime location! It is newly updated and has all the amenities for a wonderfully relaxing and fulfilling vacation on the beach. We played pickle ball, bocce ball, shuffleboard, walked the 10 mile beach, played mini golf at Marco Golf and Garden, and ate at fabulous restaurants each night. We cannot wait to return!

Great condo for a beach/ pool vacation

Had a great time and the condo met our expectations. Only minor items of improvement were a lack of a highchair that was advertized, the noise from the AC unit that is in a non-soundproofed closet in the condo, and the wall controls for the ceiling fan in the master bedroom not working (the cord on the fan itself worked though). Also there was a missing slat in the living room blind. Again, all very minor. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay, Frank was a great host and the heated outdoor pool was our fav part of the resort.

Why they chose this property

The inside of this condo has been renovated in 2018, all new interior space, counter tops, bathrooms, beds, and furniture. The condo can sleep up to 6, with 4 on the beds, that includes a king size bed, and two single beds. There is also a queen size blow up mattress, and an infant crib. Cable is provided with about 100 channels, and free Wifi. A Marco vacation has some BIG advantages over Mexico, the first being almost no crime, and excellent medical services - Clinics, and a large new state of the art hospital. This is a gated complex, with direct entry to the beach, the beaches are generally not crowded here even in the winter season. The warm ocean waters are good for swimming in year round. This is also probably a shorter flight than many warn weather destinations, the International Air Port in Fort Meyers (RSW) is only about an hour from the condo complex.

What makes this property unique

1. New porcelain tile throughout for a cleaner condo, with less allergens.
2. Balcony with beautiful Gulf of Mexico beach and ocean views.
3. All new counter tops, appliances, painting and lighting, furniture, etc.
4 The condo can sleep up to 6, with 4 on the three beds, that includes anew king size bed, two single beds, a queen size blow mattress, and an infant crib.
