The master bedroom and one other room have a queen bed and a twin. This is a quiet neighborhood with convenient access to the Monterey Airport, the Aquarium, Big Sur, Carmel, Laguna Seca (take the back route & avoid traffic), Blackhorse Bayonette Golf Course, Cannery Row, Fishermans's Wharf. There is a wonderfully uncrowded beach just straight downhill and 8,000 acres of trails behind the house. Our city is the friendliest city on the Monterey Peninsula. Nature Alert: this House is nestled next to 6000 acres of Park land that has plenty of wildlife, including but not limited to raccoons possum skunks coyote, red tailed, hawks possums rodents and insects. For that reason we require all guest keep the screen doors closed and not keep any food on the counters in the kitchen unless in sealed plastic containers. we inspect the property regularly and want to be notified immediately if there are any signs of wildlife inside the house.
