All the pieces important to my family and I were perfect at this property. The location was beautiful, the space was private, and all amenities were a step above for a short term rental. We are a cooking family and all cookware was high quality. We were able to enjoy an 80th birthday and please everyone.

The location was perfect for the activities we chose to do. Our favorite thing was how close it was to go walk along the beach trail. It was so nice to have a peaceful house with plenty of light coming in and the ambiance of a fireplace to heat us up when we came back each time. The details to make the stay easy and comfortable were all so nice.

We stayed here in April of 2026. Property was conveniently located central to Monterey attractions, like the beaches, aquarium, and local restaurants. The home was roomy with adequate accommodations for our stay. Our only constructive criticism would be the upstairs windows had detachable screens, which we felt a little unsafe for young children. Overall, we’d stay here again.

We just spent 4 days at this property and loved it! Sunny, clean, super comfy beds. I think the best feature is you can walk six minutes to the beach or six minutes the other direction to a very charming and walkable business district. Perfect for our little family vacation with two kids age 17 and 20.
