Enjoy your own private white sand beach in this unsuspecting little slice of heaven in Perdido Key, FL. Sandy Key Condominiums are gulf front, and adjacent to the Gulf Islands National Seashore (Johnson Beach), where you can walk on unspoiled beaches, collect seashells, and enjoy the beauty that surrounds you.
The Sandy Key complex is well appointed and maintained, with two swimming pools (one that is seasonally heated), a hot tub, charcoal grills and cooking area, an exercise facility, as well as basketball and tennis courts. Each swimming pool area is well stocked with lounge chairs, and high-top tables for lunch or an afternoon snack.
In our spacious two bedroom, two bath unit, you’ll find a master bedroom with a king bed, a ceiling fan, and a great view of the beach and gulf. The master has an adjoining full bath with a roomy walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two comfortable twin beds, and the second full bathroom has a tub and shower combination. The living room sofa becomes a queen bed, if needed. Each bedroom offers a TV and plenty of closet and drawer storage for your stay. The unit also includes a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience, as well as Cable TV and WiFi throughout.
As an extension of the living space, you’ll lounge on a spacious balcony equipped with a table, four chairs, and a lounging chair for afternoon naps. There is ample room for everyone to enjoy the great views.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need, including a toaster oven, blender, Keurig or drip coffee maker, and GE Profile appliances. The dining area seats seven in total, four at the dining table and three at the bar.
Our gulf-front unit is on the 5th floor and the balcony has a perfect, unobstructed view of the gulf and white, sandy beaches. With the rental of our unit, you'll also have access to our ground floor storage unit for your beach gear. Sandy Key will be your new favorite home away from home!

I grew up coming to these beaches, and have always dreamed of owning property here. My husband and I are thrilled to now be beachfront property owners, and are very happy to be able to share it with others.
We live in Louisiana, but enjoy the beach and all that comes with that - great seafood, fishing, diving, and lounging.

A unique benefit to this rental is the ground floor storage. You won't have far to carry your beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. You save money by bringing your own gear, and having a convenient place to store it is a huge bonus!
