The perfect place!

Villa Colorado Vacation

The property was located in the central part of Pedregal without much of a view of the water. The layout of the property made up for it. The pool/hot tub was a wonderful part of our time there. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. If we return to Cabo we will definitely check Villa Colorado availability!

Casa Colorado

Two couples enjoyed our stay at here. The house was pleasant and adequate for our needs. I liked the location close to town the walk was very doable with a gentle uphill climb home. We enjoyed spending time on the upper deck taking in the view - excellent sunrise location! We felt very safe in the gated community and easily accessed Ubers when needed. We most often walked to Romeo et Julieta and ordered the inver from there. Cannery beach is within walking distance too.

Family Vacation

This property was just as it looked in the pictures. The house was clean and fresh and well maintained. All the plants were in bloom which made it even more appealing when outside. We had Chefs come and cook for us at the house and they made an arrangement on the table out of flowers from the yard. It is located in a gated community which made us feel very safe the whole time we were there. I would definitely recommend this house!

Villa Colorado/Sept 2020

I would definitely stay at the homes within Pedregal. It’s a gated/guarded community. Very easy walking into town. Depending on where the home you rent is located the walk back could be tricky (up hill and the road is all paved rock). We stayed at Villa Colorado. It’s a three bedroom 2.5 bath home. Nice, the only thing was kitchen was bare minimum. For myself, boyfriend and my 2 grown up sons it was perfect. The walk to and from town to this Villa was very easy. The only issue if you want to call it that was a leaking bbq faucet (they fixed right away) also the pool water level went out. They are in process of fixing. All minor and part of home repairs. Air conditioning worked wonderfully.
