Classic beach cottage - fully rebuilt from the ground up. Walk 20 yards up the alley-way right onto the beach! This is the best location on the Manasquan beach. Guarded beach right in front. Watch surfers on the adjacent beach. Walk to Carlson's for breakfast, GeeGee's for the best pizza at lunchtime, and Leggett's for Happy Hour.

Tracey & I have two kids who have grown up renting summer houses with us. We all love the beach - it is a year-round discussion at our house - when we're going and what friends we're inviting. We also know from years of renting what makes a rental perfect. High-end amenities, and not forgetting anything... you will find that experience with our house.

Why they chose this property

We were looking for a place for ourselves where we could live at the beach, and we equipped the house with all of the amenities and features to made it a comfortable space for friends and their families.

What makes this property unique

One house from the oceanfront. The beach is 30 yards from your back door. What else can you ask for? Undercounter ice machine, indoor/outdoor cedar shower, Central AC, fireplace, internet - just amazing.
