Relaxing beach retreat, 200 feet from the beach. Painstakingly restored beach cottage with all the modern amenities. Front porch to people watch, and private covered rear porch with exposed beams, wicker fan, bistro lights, and a large hardwood table. Fun loft for kids to hang out and even hook up a game system. Wonderful cedar outdoor shower to wash away the sand, and get ready for a night out to dinner at one of dozens of great restaurants. Spend your days on the beach, walking the boardwalk, fishing, or kayaking. Manasquan is the consummate family beach town, with its cute downtown shopping area, family beaches and abundant dining & nightlife.

This is the best family beach north of LBI, and the best, most comfortable house you will rent. You will never want to leave!

Short summer vacation to the Jersey Shore

Overall great stay! The house is quaint and perfectly located. The proximity to the beach, boardwalk, and local areas to eat was just what we needed. The property was great to relax and have an enjoyable time. Everything was clean and in working order. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

We came during the winter and really enjoyed the property and location. The house fit our small family very well (our kid loved the loft), the home was warm and very easy to access. I'm sure it's busier in the summer months, but definitely recommend in the off season as well!

Loved this house. It is in an amazing location just a 1/2 block to the beach. The home is well appointed and great use of space. It is small but so comfy. We loved the front and back porches. You’ll love it!

Beautiful beach house

This was our second time staying at this home, and it has become a favorite. The location can’t be beat, just around the corner from the beach. The loft area is a unique feature and the kids love going there to play. The home is thoughtfully decorated and appointed, and has all we need to be extremely comfortable. Mom’s perfect vacation

Our gift to our mom for her 75th birthday was to stay in a beach house in Manasquan. Our family had houses there for four generations, and it’s Mom’s happy place. Everything was perfect. The house, the hosts, the beach, the neighborhood, were all excellent. We had so much fun, we rebooked for next summer before our trip was even over. Thank you for an amazing vacation.

Lovely Spring Break Beach Trip

Had a lovely time at this Manasquan beach home. Super close to the beach, 2 playgrounds within a 2 min walk. They did. Spectacular remodel on the home and the upstairs is a cool loft play area that my kids couldn’t get over. Will def book again!

During our stay hurricane Ophelia hit New Jersey. Otherwise we would have had a very nice time in Manasquan.Our host was very kind and helped us in every way under this wet and stormy conditions, so after all we still had a good time.

Great Shore House Close to the Beach

Our family flew up from Florida to enjoy a week in Manasquan. Our beach house looked just like the photos listed. The house was very clean and we loved that there were beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, bikes, and a boogie board for our 9-year son to use!! The corner store made is easy for us to grab lunch on the way to the beach. Kayake rentals were also right around the corner which we took advantage of. Having the train station up the street allowed us to take a quick trip to see the sites in NYC. We can't thank Mike and his family enough for our enjoyable, most memorable vacation!! Hope to be back soon!.

Truly great spot within walking distance from the water. We lucked out with a spring-like November weekend and enjoyed the outdoor shower, back deck and proximity to the beach (with playground!). The house was perfect for our small kids, was organized very well for being a beach bungalow and had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend. Great communication with Mike too. Highly recommend!

'Can we get a surfing lesson?', 'let's go to that miniature golf place', 'I want to eat at the Warfside'... We love the beach, and invite you to enjoy your vacation at our home.

Why they chose this property

We were looking for a house in LBI, but realized it was too far for a weekend getaway. Tracey & I spent a long weekend at the shore, seeing houses for sale all the way from Seaside to Sea Bright. We fell in love with this charming town and the family atmosphere.

What makes this property unique

So close to the beach that you will come back to the house instead of buying a drink at the burger shack, and can run back instead of using the public restroom. Perfectly restored cottage gives you comfort and convenience. Most of our guests tell us 'you've thought of EVERYTHING'
