This very private lake front property is located on Pemaquid Lake with 400 feet of lake frontage on 20 acres. This is a well-appointed 3-bedroom home on three levels. Main level includes a chef's kitchen, dining room, living room, and full-size bathroom. Large spacious wraparound decks with lovely outdoor furniture, retractable awning over part of the deck, and a gas grill. Lower level includes two bedrooms-one with a queen size bed and one with bunk beds and one twin bed, large full-size bathroom, laundry room, sitting area, and large screened porch. Upper level includes master suite with large en-suite bathroom and a desk and chair with a working printer. A loft with 2 couches and armoire.
The lake frontage is on Pemaquid Lake, 2 kayaks, life jackets, and a dock for access to the lake.
