Veteran owned and operated. Newly renovated home in the heart of Colorado Springs. This home is close to Old Colorado City, Downtown Colorado Springs, Colorado College, UCCS, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, 20 minutes from United States Air Force Academy, and other great attractions. There is shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and hiking trails to enjoy on your stay. Heat/Central AC/Dishwasher/Washer/Dryer/Wi-Fi

The Space:
This home has just been renovated with new kitchen and bathroom with trending features and decoration. Guest will have full access to the house and back yard. 2 Bedrooms each with a queen size memory foam mattresses, 1 Bedroom with a twin day bed (additional twin can be pulled out). Newly renovated bathroom. The kitchen is renovated with beautiful new appliances and counter tops. The kitchen is supplied with cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, and more. Washer and dryer for your convivence. Living room has a TV and Wi-Fi is available for your stay.
The back yard has a covered patio with hammock, chairs, and grill for the long summer nights. Keep your car parked in the driveway with additional driveway and street access.
Non-smoking and no pets.
We are both Colorado natives. We love this town and would love to help you make your stay enjoyable.

Colorado trip

Perfect location to explore the local area, nothing we were interested in was more than 30 mins away. Perfect size for my wife and I. Highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Colorado Springs and all its attractions.

I had some friends in town and we were looking for a place that was close to the action and was bigger than my current house. Christine’s place ended us fitting us perfectly. The location was great and check in and check out couldn’t have gone much smoother. The place was really clean and Christine was really responsive. Would stay here again for sure!

Great time staying here! Great location 7 minutes from downtown Colorado with many shops and eating, close to garden of the gods and easy to get in and out! Very clean and easy process. Would stay here again if in the area :)

What a great little house for a Colorado Springs vacation. The location is off the beaten path, quiet neighborhood, clean, and very comfortable. The hostess is amazing, quick with communication and very friendly. The house made our trip more enjoyable for the comfort it provided. We’ll definitely be booking here again.
