With only three units on the property your privacy is ensured. Our full time on-site caretaker is there to help make your stay exceptional! King sized beds in all units. Casita was very nice. The groundskeeper was above & beyond with anything we needed. Jose was great!

Started negative & we had to leave, until we were moved from the ground floor & ended positive.

The property was very nice & very private. The grounds are well kept by Marvin, the caretaker. The owners are very lucky to have him. He handled our golf cart and taxi to the airport. The pool and privacy were amazing. The ad is a bit misleading bc this is the owners view. We thought this was our rental, until we arrived and our view was under their stairway with very little view. Then we found out the owners is not for rent anytime. The sargassam has been a problem for over a year, which we had no idea. The thing is that our room, on the bottom floor had all the bad smell and would not go away, which was sickening. We mentioned this to Marvin and on the 4th day we moved to the blue room, upstairs toward the back. It was much nicer, more homey & little smell. We had looked forward to walking out our room and kayaking or swimming in the ocean, but not this trip with sargassam. This is nature and no ones fault. This really NEEDS to be studied and possibly used as fertilizer or something positive. The people are all wonderful on the island. Everyone is kind. There was a great perk for us & it was Charlie, their adopted golden lab. He is the best & missed. If there is one thing that troubled us with the island is the litter. A group should take charge and not allow the garbage. We will go back to Belize & Ambergres Caye.
