A classic Florida beach house (one of only a few left) with a screened in porch and a 90 second leisurely stroll to a Caribbean beautiful beach. Enjoy the ocean breeze and laid back ambiance of this charming home. Welcome! No shoes, No news!

2 bedroom 2 bath cottage sits a block to Gulf coast waters.

Newly updated kitchen has all the amenities for family lunches or romantic dinners. A large gas grill is available for your favorite BBQ. WIFI available, cable TV, streaming with 2 large screen televisions. The screened in front porch is perfect to relax after a long day and enjoy a cold beverage and watch the sunsets.

Large back bedroom has a king bed along with a queen bed , small refrigerator, coffee maker, TV and a full bath. Front bedroom has a double bed and front bath has stand alone shower.

Beach chairs , umbrellas and beach toys are available.

Stayed 10 nights with my husband and our fur babies. As always, this place is perfect. Most everything you need is already there but if not it’s located right in the middle of shopping so no problem! We’ve stayed in Destin for about 20 years at multiple different places and THIS is our favorite. It’s home away from home for us. Plenty of room in the cottage with the cutest decor and comfy beds. 5 min walk to the beach is a selling point too!

this is what i think of when i think of vintage beach cottage. it was very clean, very nice area, short walk to beach. the layout was a little odd but still very doable. all the necessary amenities were provided. It was a very pleasant and relaxing stay

Great location and quaint Florida cottage

We love older homes so we love the charm of this Miami style bungalow. This is the way homes use to be built- it’s a shame so few have survived hurricanes and condo development over the decades. I loved the cozy feel of the place. It’s super close to some of the best beaches in Florida and down the street from crab island. This may be our new favorite getaway!

Perfect getaway

My husband and our 2 dogs thoroughly enjoyed the cottage! Short 3 min walk to the beach to sip our morning coffee and a great quiet neighborhood to go for evening walks. Right in the middle of 98, so many attractions/food are 10-15 min away. Cottage was super cute and quite cozy. All the amenities you’ll need. Even really nice beach chairs to take down in case you forget yours! We will definitely be back SOON to Ginny’s cottage!

Great location but needs cleaning

This old and simple cottage is just 3 minutes from a beautiful beach. Good value for the price and a great stay overall, except for a couple issues. The cleaning was inadequate and even the dinner chairs had a layer of dust, and the floor was dirty under the furniture. Also the manager tried to collect 150 cash for our third person, while the required online payment was 75. Alexander
