The home features a private deck off the master bedroom with sound views, as well as a screened porch on the first floor that also offers beautiful views of the sound. We could not have picked a better house on the island! It was very inviting & clean. I enjoyed coffee & devotions each morning on the deck with the beautiful view of the sound. We had fun fishing, swimming & kayaking at the the beach behind the house. It was wonderful trip. We loved everything about it! We hope to come back again next year!

Beautiful Views and Great Location

We loved our stay at Margaritaville! The house was very clean and comfortable. The location is one of the best on the island—gorgeous psunsets, easy access to the Sound beach, and a minute walk to Springer’s Point Preserve. We enjoyed being able to easily kayak from this location

Beautiful view and peaceful

This is a great property to get away from it all and have a great sunset view from anywhere in the house. The porches are great for morning coffee and grilling what you caught that day.
