Built in 2016, this wooden house is very beautiful, design and functional: ideal for your holidays in Cap Ferret.
Located at the entrance of the village of Herbe (the most beautiful village of the peninsula!), facing the beach, it enjoys a magnificent view of the dune of Pyla.
Terrace equipped with garden furniture (1 wooden table, 12 chairs, outdoor sofas, sunbeds, parasol, BBC)
Fully enclosed grounds, parking gate and gate overlooking the beach: secured (digicode and bip gate). Adjoining on one side with its twin house, the gardens are independent and access common parking. Beach in front of 10m.
Ground floor: A large living room with American kitchen (fully equipped), a large communal dining table and a living area with sofas (entrance and pantry), a large master suite and its bathroom.
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms with their private bathroom. 1 large balcony.
1 separate toilet on each level. Satellite Internet
Linen and household included
Close to bike paths and restaurants and oyster tastings of the village. Shops at 5 mns at Canon

mauvaise expérience.

*Propreté de la maison à revoir ( vitres, poussière), pas de solutions lorsque je l'ai évoqué .. *fuite dans une douche :plombier qui arrive 2 jours plus tard. *éclairage très mal distribué. *portail électrique qui fonctionnait mal *pelouse pas tondue. mais au dela de cela, gestionnaire pas spécialement agréable. tous cela est bien dommage pour ce niveau de prix.

Cher Monsieur, Nous sommes désolées de lire le contenu de votre appréciation. Il est vrai que notre plombier n'a pas pu se libérer le jour même. La fuite a été réparée sous deux jours et elle touchait uniquement une des 5 salles d'eau de la maison. Face à cet imprévu, il vous en restait 4 en bon état de fonctionnement. Quand à l'éclairage, je communiquerai l'information aux propriétaires afin d'y apporter quelques améliorations. Le portail est électrique, et nous sommes dans une zone où, parfois, les fourmis aiment à s'installer dans des endroits incongrus comme les boitier de portail..., nous avons fait le nécessaire afin que le portail fonctionne mieux. Enfin, votre sortie s'est apparement passée correctement, et surtout vous ne nous avez pas évoqué ces désagréments, cela aurait été bien de l'apprendre en direct plutôt que de le le lire via une mauvaise appréciation, une fois votre séjour terminé. Dommage de ne pas avoir favoriser le dialogue. Néanmoins nous essaierons de faire mieux la prochaine fois. Bien cordialement. Mme Bertin

Great house

It was a great house and very good location. The only difficulty was how close the neighbour house was which can create noise problems. I still recommend it highly though. Fantastic holiday !

Localisation de rêve

Idéalement situé en face du bassin, à quelques centaines de mètre du village ostréicole de l'herbe et à proximité immédiate de la piste cyclable. Belle maison, très agréable à vivre (chaque chambre possède sa salle de bain, table dehors très grande, coin apéro, etc.) Petit bémol sur la qualité de l'équipement en cuisine, qu'il faudrait améliorer (en dessous des attentes pour un bien de ce type).

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison parfaitement placée

Notre séjour à été très réussi dans cette maison parfaitement conforme à la description , très bien placée t très confortable . Petit bémol sur la qualité du ménage à notre arrivée et une remontée d odeur dans une des salles de bain. Mais l’agence a pris rapidement les choses en main (en tous cas pour le ménage ).
