This home was built for family entertaining, with a fantastic outdoor cooking area/bar, gourmet eat-in kitchen, and adjacent dining area for everyone. The Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking tools you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s seating for 4 at the large kitchen island, and the over-sized dining table seats 10 comfortably.

Just outside the great room is a large outdoor cooking area with a TV and overhead heaters. There’s seating for 4 at the outdoor bar. The outdoor living space boasts a huge gas fire pit and a private hot tub. This is a great area to relax and take in the views of the preserve.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* Main floor master bedroom has a king bed, a Smart TV w/Dish and a private en-suite bath with a huge walk-in shower and dual sinks.
* Main floor guest bedroom has a queen bed and a Smart TV w/Dish. The guest bedroom is supported by a guest bath with a shower/tub combo across the hallway.
* 1st upper floor bedroom is a master suite with a king bed, a Smart Tv w/Dish and a private en-suite bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom has a queen bed and a Smart TV w/Dish.
* 3rd bedroom behind a barn door are two sets of twin over twin bunks.
* The bunk room and guest bedroom are supported by a guest bath off the hall with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.
* Just outside the bunk room is a bonus room furnished with a double Sofa Sleeper, lounger, a large smart TV w/Dish, and an XBox One S with Game Pass - which gives access to 100's of games online!

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia swimming pool facilities due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged an $80 to $90 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking. **
