As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the large, open-concept great room with soaring ceilings, a gas fireplace, 65” Smart TV, and a wall of windows facing the elevated patio with a gas fire pit. This room features comfortable leather furniture and a large dining table that seats 8 to 10 comfortably.

The well-stocked kitchen is a chef’s dream with granite counters, high-end stainless appliances, gas cooktop and seating for 6 at the long kitchen island. Just outside the kitchen is additional seating for 6 at the outdoor dining table.

The outdoor entertaining options are endless with over 1,500 square feet of patio space, a large 7 person hot tub, and two cozy gas fire pits. The front elevated patio offers nice territorial views of Suncadia Resort.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* The 1st main floor master has a king bed, TV, and an attached private bath with a walk-in shower, and dual sinks.
* The 2nd main floor master has a king bed, TV, and an attached private bath with a tile shower and dual sinks and large soaking tub.
* The 1st upper floor bedroom has a queen bed and is supported by a guest bath just outside the bedroom door.
* The 2nd upper floor bedroom is a large bunk room with a private en-suite bath. The bunk room features 2 twin over full funk beds and a twin bed.
* The 2nd floor also has a large bonus room that boasts a huge sectional couch, smart TV w/DirecTV, and a twin bed with a twin trundle.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly resort fee when renting this vacation home.

The Owners of Eagle Aerie have a small dog that visits the cabin infrequently. Although the cabin is not pet friendly otherwise, be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected.
