This is my first rental property. I wanted to make a property that was comfortable, fun and a place to make wonderful memories. The Decour is eclectic and hopefully you will find it fun. The art was created by myself, my sister who is a professional artist and my daughter.

I fell in love with this house and purchased it knowing I would need to put a lot of work into it. I renovated yet try to preserve the unique structure of the home. My builder has also done a great job assisting me in making wonderful improvement in the home.
