Please note that parking is somewhat limited, and the driveway is steeper than it appears in photos. As with any home, unexpected maintenance issues can occasionally arise, but if they do, I’ll work quickly to resolve them so your vacation can continue with as little interruption as possible.

A Note on Sleeping Arrangements:

One of the most common questions I receive is how the home sleeps 14 guests, so I’d like to explain the layout clearly.

The home has 3 bedrooms plus a loft and additional sleeping spaces throughout the house. The maximum occupancy is based on all available beds and sleeping areas, not on 14 guests having private bedrooms.

🛏️ Sleeping Layout:

* Master Bedroom: King bed (2 guests)
* Bedroom 2: King bed (2 guests)
* Bedroom 3: Two twin beds plus a twin trundle (3 guests)
* Loft: Two twin trundle beds (4 guests) plus a twin pull-out ottoman (1 guest)
* Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa (2 guests)

This provides sleeping accommodations for up to 14 guests. Some have used the refinished basement couch to sleep on as it’s large enough. This would make it possible for a 15th person.

The home is ideal for large families, multiple families vacationing together, fishing groups, and lake getaways where guests spend most of the day enjoying Dale Hollow Lake and use the home as a comfortable place to gather, relax, and sleep at night.
