Typical charentaise house full of charm for 6 / 7personnes with landscaped garden and private heated pool (made in 2017), petanque, fully enclosed property.
South facing.
Located in the center of the oyster village of Etaules, quiet and close to all amenities within 300 meters.
You will have a space of about 150 m2 including:
Ground floor:
- large living room
- kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher, gas hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, ...
- laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board,

- bathroom with Italian shower and washbasin

The house and garden are just perfect for a family holiday. On top of that the owners and people who accomodated us upon arrival are very friendly and easy going. In short, we had an absolutely wonderful stay.

Wonderful location!

We've been to this location already two years in a row, which says it all. It's a wonderful property, especially the garden with swimming pool is absolutely terrific. The owners are very friendly, correct and very responsive. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone visting the area.

Wonderful house in a peaceful setting

We had a wonderful stay in Etaules. From start to finish Emile and Isabelle communicated well and were really helpful with our queries/requirements. The house is lovely. Very spacious and yet homely. We had everything that we needed for our stay. The outdoor area is fantastic. Completely enclosed and private and very pretty. A little oasis. The pool is fabulous and heated so that it was warm enough on a cooler day but still really refreshing in the heat. Etaules is a small and quiet town. There is a great take away pizza place just round the corner and a lovely boulangerie too. There are plenty of restaurants around but best reached by car. We had some lovely days out in Royan and Brouage and our favourite beach was Saint Palais sur Mer . Our family had a wonderful stay here and would absolutely recommend it to others.

Ein traumhaftes Ferienhaus mit perfektem Garten und Pool und genug sehr freundlich und angenehm! Im Ort (4min zu Fuß) gibt es alles was man braucht. Der Atlantik mit toller Küste ist nur ca 15min mit dem Auto entfernt.

Hébergement de grande qualité

Maison avec beaucoup de charme, extrêmement bien équipée et bien pensée, très calme (on y dort très bien) la piscine est un vrai plaisir. Excellents contacts avec les propriétaires et les personnes qui nous accueillent , avec de bons conseils pour bien profiter de notre séjour.

Herrliches Anwesen

Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders genossen haben wir das Außengelände mit dem traumhaften Pool und dem Boule-Platz. Sowohl die Hauseigentümer als auch die Ansprechpartner vor Ort sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben uns mit unseren beiden großen Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen. Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé 2 semaines fantastiques dans cette maison très accueillante. Cette belle demeure, ainsi que son magnifique jardin et sa splendide piscine rendent le lieu idyllique pour des vacances parfaites. Toute la famille a apprécié et profité au mieux. Maison très bien décorée, et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et faire des barbecues. L’accueil est également 5 étoiles (avant et pendant le séjour). Nous espérons vivement pouvoir y retourner.

Un cadre idyllique pour une semaine reposante

La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos. Les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus et la piscine est très agréable. L'intérieur de la maison est en cours de restauration mais en rien dérangeant dans une maison de vacances. Tout le nécessaire est présent y compris dans la cuisine. Les propriétaires ont décorés avec beaucoup de goût cette maison pleine de charme et très agréable à vivre.

La description du site est totalement conforme à la réalité. la demeure est très belle, la piscine extra et le lieu très calme. A proximité du village ou l'on peut faire ses courses (très bon boucher) l'emplacement est parfait. L'accueil était top et les contacts avec notre propriétaire très chaleureux . Nous reviendrons savec plaisir !

Maison très agréable et très bien équipée.

Pour résumer en un seul mot : PARFAIT!!! Tout est réuni pour passer le plus agréable des séjours. Maison très joliment décorée, très bien équipée et propreté irréprochable. Quant aux extérieurs, je ne trouve pas les mots. Un grand bravo aux propriétaires.

Magnifique endroit!

Nous avons passés und excellent séjour! Toutes les photos sont conformes à la réalité et c est même encore mieux... Accueil trés chaleureux, maison rénovée avec beaucoup de gout et de style, trés propre, la piscine et le jardin sont un rêve! La maison se situe a 5 minutes des commerces et il régne un calme absolu. Nous avons fait des excursions à la Tremblade, Royan, Soulac-sur-Mer, sur l'Ile Doleron, l'Ile de Ré, ballade à Velo. Nous n'avons pas envie d écrire trop de choses positives car nous aimerions que cet endroit soit toujours disponible si nous décidons d' y retourner ;) ... un vrai petit paradis.
