The host was very accommodating, and the lovely villa had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s well-located within walking distance to town and features a spacious terrace with a pleasant view of nature and a glimpse of the ocean. The pool was clean and well maintained. The house manager was exceptionally helpful- always available, quick to respond and genuinely committed to making our stay as smooth and enjoyable. Amazing

I almost don’t want to write how amazing this villa is, so we can keep it as our secret ! The location is 10 mins from town , I got a buggy back up the hill with no problem and the beaches are also really close . Magalay was so kind and helpful with loads of recommendations of restaurants / places to see. The property is gorgeous 5 well situated bedrooms 4 bathrooms with 3 walk in showers . The pool was gorgeous with lots of lovely shade . All modern appliances and air conditioning. We will return , we enjoyed it so much thank you for letting us stay .

Traumhafte Terrasse

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Haus. Trotz des nicht so gutem Wetters konnten wir die Terrasse und den beheizten Pool in vollen Zügen genießen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet – gute Matratzen und hochwertige Bettwäsche.

Goede locatie

De villa ligt zeer goed tov St Maxime. Je loopt in ca 10 min naar het centrum. De villa is wel wat klein voor een grote groep. En er staat 5 slaapkamers, daarom deze villa geboekt. Helaas blijkt dat de 5e slaapkamer (aan t zwembad) niet geopend was. In de tekst lijkt t dat er 5 slaapkamers zijn en de zesde kamer afgesloten. Mevrouw heeft de kamer wel opengesteld maar helaas liep er vocht in de kamer. Magaly de beheerder is zeer netjes en vriendelijk. Zij heeft het ons heel prettig gemaakt. Betreft de extra kamer willen wij graag overleg met de verhuurder.

La maison a 4 chambres et une chambre extérieure ouverte l’été de juin à mi-septembre comme il est décrit dans l’annonce. Je regrette sincèrement votre déception de ne pas trouver 6 chambres à votre arrivée.

Villa die keine Wünsche offen lässt

Sehr gut eingerichtetes Haus. Der beheizte Pool war jeden Cent wert und wurde täglich gebraucht. Das Meer und die Innenstadt sind in Gehdistanz erreichbar. Das Haus selber liegt in einer Ruhigen Gegend und ist idealer Ort zur Entspannung. Das Objekt hat uns noch besser gefallen als auf den Fotos.

Klassisches Haus mit moderner Infrastruktur (zB Regelung der Klimaanlage für jedes Zimmer individuell). Alles vorhanden, was in Urlaub benötigt, sehr sauber, super-freundliche Haushälterin, absolute Ruhe, insgesamt schöner als auf Fotos im Web. Tolle Pizzas in nächster Nähe, an toller Location/Aussichtslage. Einziger Wermutstropfen: der Fussweg zum Strand ist etwas länger als man aufgrund google maps vermuten würde… - ein kleiner, verkraftbarer Nachteil. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Traumhaft - super gelegen - nah zum Meer und Ort - Ausblick auf das Meer - alles da, was man braucht, viele schöne Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, super netter Kontakt. Wären sehr gerne länger geblieben. Hoffentlich können wir nochmal dorthin reisen.

Great premise and location

The house was a comfortable holiday home for us, with some lovely classic features and furniture, but modern convenience. We had a good check in and although a few small initial niggles these were swiftly dealt with. The patio has glimpses of the gulf - extra special with the long ships from the St Tropez Boat Show, & the pool wonderful. As we stayed late in the season, we did find the boundary trees did rather restrict the amount of sun, but I am sure are a welcome relief in the full summer heat. Maybe best of all is the location, very quiet but so close to the centre of the town & beach.

Toller Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was den Urlaub verschönt. Ich möchte hier nur den beheizten Pool erwähnen. Für einen Urlaub zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt des Jahres ein echter Luxus. Auch genossen wir die Nähe zum Ort. Alles war bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zu Magaly, sie kümmert sich um die Gäste, war super, sowohl beim Ein-und Auschecken als auch zwischendurch, wenn man den einen oder anderen Tip erfragt hat. Ach ja, den Hinweis von Magaly bezüglich der Mauer vor dem Tor sollte man ernst nehmen. Wir vier haben auf jeden Fall einen tollen Urlaub erlebt.

A wonderful house!

We rented the house to stay with my family including a 2 year old and everything was perfect! The house is located just a few minute walk to the town and the beach. The house itself had everything we needed and was very safe for a young child! The pool area was a dream! Laurence and Magaly were very communicative and made the checkin and checkout very easy! We will certainly be back!

Super dejligt hus i Sainte-Maxime

Vi boede 2 familier (i alt 7 personer) i huset, men der var plads til flere. Huset er super lækkert med centralt aircondition system til alle rum. Dertil en virkelig lækker pool og et hus med en rigtig god beliggenhed. Alt var i gåafstand.

Girls Holiday

The property location is wonderful with walkability to the market daily in Sainte Maxime. The beaches in this area are beautiful and this made a great location for day trips to Cannes, Grasse, Nice, St. Tropez and Grimaud. Wonderfully appointed and comfortable villa which led to many lovely evenings cooking in and enjoying the slower pace of life.

Objekt perfekt, fewo-direkt nicht

Haus ist für Familien bestens geeignet, sehr gute Ausstattung. Ruhig gelegen und doch ist Sainte Maxime auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Das ganze wurde noch beflügelt von 14 Tage sonnigem Wetter in den Herbstferien.

Wunderbare Villa in top Lage

Großartige Villa: sehr gut eingerichtet, alles was man braucht, sauber, super Pool, geniale Sicht (Meerblick), im grünen Lage: 5 Min Strand, großartige Pizzaria in 1 Min, 15 min mit dem Boot nach St. Tropez Wir würden immer wieder kommen! (6 Erwachsene, 2 Kleinkinder)

Beau séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à la Tramontane et nous avons reçu un très bon accueil. Espace suffisant pour une famille de 6 personnes avec des ados. La piscine y est agréable. Le cadre est calme et reposant.

Tolles Haus!

Wir haben das Haus mit zwei Familien gemietet und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Das Haus ist sehr schön! Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Insbesondere die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Haus und Gelände sind groß genug, um auch bei 8 Personen immer ein ruhiges Plätzchen zu finden.

Fantastic Stay and wonderful Villa

We had a wonderful holiday, from the booking arrangements, to correspondence with the owner (Laurence) via emails and being met by a very nice lady who showed us round and made sure we were settled in. The Villa was outstanding, clean and welcoming, a particularly good facility for me was off road parking as we drove down in our own car. Overall, a Fantastic experience.
