HOUSE 500m from the BEACH and fishing PORT in the center of La Cotinière

Cotinière village, house with attached garage, with an intimate mineral terrace in lush greenery with small fenced and sunny garden out of sight 500m from the beach.
In a private residence (sorting, night lighting of aisles, green spaces) the house is far from the road. Parking space in the car park directly opposite or in front of the front door.
250m from the shops (Vival grocery store, La Gourgale bar, 300m bakery, market, pharmacy, tourist office annex with wifi, PMU, La Banchera restaurant, clothing and souvenir shops ...).
 4 adult mountain bikes are available free of charge for your stay.

Its composition:
- Kitchen area (fridge-freezer ***, multifunction oven, microwave, pressure cooker, fondue set, espresso machine, filter coffee maker, washing machine)
- Living room - dining room (table + chairs, 3 seater sofa, plasma TV, satellite TNT, DVD player, board games, DVD movies, karaoke system, books ...)
- bathroom, hair dryer
- separate WC

A wooden staircase will take you to the first floor:
- the "foam cabin": 90 bed between the two bedrooms (7m2)
- 1 bedroom of 9m2: 140 bed + 2-door wardrobe, chair.
- 1 bedroom of 16m2: 140cm bed + a 140cm sofa bed + dressing room.
- 1 baby bed + 1 high chair + 1 bathtub + removable security gate for the stairs are available for free.

Pillows, woolen blankets, duvets, throws are provided. You will need to bring sheets, covers and pillowcases.

- Terrace with 1 table and 6 armchairs
- Summer kitchen, cast iron barbecue, direct access to the terrace.
- Garage

At low tide it is the playground of fishermen on foot (crabs, whelks, periwinkles, mussels, limpets ...) large natural pools form, they will delight children and adults, water is plenty warmer, they can fish small fish and crustaceans in the rocky shore.

Excellent time in La Cotiniere

Didier was a very welcoming and friendly host who told us everything about his house to make sure we could make use of all his equipment!!! The bikes - of course - were a superb way to explore this beautiful island! The house is really close to everything and therefore something to recommend to anyone!! We will definitely come back to La Cotiniere - thank you for your warm welcome and the bottle of rose vine.

Petite maison avec escalier assez raide et cour très ombragée bien située sur la Cotinière. Bcp (trop)de matériel à disposition que l' on doit relever dans l inventaire d 'arrivée, y compris les objets personnels du proprio. Les poêles à cuire ont de l âge. Les brûleurs chauffent très fort même à minima. La cour est inondée en cas de pluie. Efforts de décoration. Bonne Literie. De bonnes adresses à la Cotinière. Une île très agréable.

Jolie maison bien équipée et très bien située

Séjour très agréable la maison est située au calme mais très proche de toutes les commodités. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Tout était parfait.

Location très bien placée, à proximité du centre de La Cotinière

Idéal pour visiter l'île en voiture ou à vélo. Quartier très calme, et maison très agréable avec terrasse privée à l'abri des regards. Un plus, des vélos à disposition gratuitement. Il serait judicieux d'ajouter un lampadaire dans le salon-séjour, la luminosité le soir est un peu faible. Une bouilloire pour le thé serait aussi appréciable. A part ces détails, tout est parfait. L'accueil par Florence a été parfait, le propriétaire que nous avons eu au téléphone était très sympathique et très à l'écoute. Merci aussi pour la bouteille de rosé à l'arrivée. A recommander

La maison est bien située au calme, à proximité de la plage (non surveillée) et de tous les commerces. On peut tout faire à pied, ce qui est parfait pour les vacances. Celle-ci est très propre, bien équipée, bonne literie. La cuisine d’été au fond du garage est très pratique. Petit bémol : cuisine, salle de bains et WC petits. Pour nous, un lave-vaisselle aurait été plus utile qu’un lave-linge.

Très joli séjour

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'île d'Oléron, la location nous a parfaitement convenu, jolie petite maison très propre, bien localisée et surtout au calme. Gentil accueil du propriétaire. Située à proximité des commodités. Office du tourisme à 300m ainsi que son marché. Quel bonheur de sortir tranquillement de la location et d'aller flâner à pied sur le port. Restaurants du port à faire absolument pour un dîner. Pleins de choses à découvrir sur cette île...Nous reviendrons.
