This stunning 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is an ideal choice for family getaways! The property boasts 6 flat screen TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, a fun classic pinball machine, a backyard with an in-ground lighted pool, a gas grill, Blackstone griddle and an outdoor shower. Situated just 2 blocks away from the beach, it is the perfect retreat for both beach activities and exploring the nightlife of nearby Atlantic City, a mere 10-minute drive away. The home comes fully equipped with beach chairs, 2 cabanas, pool toys, 8 complimentary beach tags, two surfboards, two boogie boards and two beach carts which are for beach use only.
Floatation devices are allowed only at the pool and are not allowed for use outside the pool.
Please note that while this home is perfect for entertaining, it is not available for bachelor or bachelorette parties. This rental is exclusively for families.
Located on the prestigious southern side of Brigantine Island, this spacious abode offers ample space for quality family time. There is ample off-street parking for four cars. Nestled in a friendly cul de sac just three blocks from the main beach entrance and one block from the drive-on beach, it provides easy access to the beach. Additionally, there is large grocery store and various shopping options within a mile radius.
The home is tastefully furnished to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. The family room boasts a cable-ready TV, while the second floor features a generous primary bedroom with a private bathroom and a double shower head. This main bedroom has a deck overlooking the back of the home. Additionally, another main bedroom has its own private bathroom. This second floor also accommodates a fourth bedroom with two full-size bunk beds, and a twin bunk, along with a full bed.
Sheets will be placed on top of each bed prior to arrival. In addition, pillows and blankets are available. Bath towels can be found in upstairs hallway closet. Beach essentials such as two beach carts, 10 chairs, two cabanas, 2 boogie boards, two surfboards, and 8 beach tags are included. Additionally, sand toys are at your disposal. The utility room has a full-size washer, dryer and second full size refrigerator.

Large Family Home

We had an amazing week at Seaside Serenity. Very large house with 2 living rooms and a sun room for us to spread out. Comfy furniture and beds. Blackstone and barbecue grill allowed us to prepare great meals outdoors. Beautiful pool that we all enjoyed and huge outdoor shower. 12 minute walk until our toes were in the Atlantic Ocean. Highly recommend this property and the owner is super at responding. Would love to visit again!

Perfect family beach getaway

I almost don’t want to tell you how amazing this property and its owners are because it’ll be so hard to book in the future haha! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this beautiful home with so much space for a large family getaway. It has everything you need and more! The pool is great and the owners equip you with everything for the beach! Kitchen was great as well as bbq and blackstone! We cooked all week :) They also left us snacks and gifts upon arrival. Can’t say enough good things about the Lukens and their property. We can’t wait to stay again!
