The property is definitely older. And the outside and the inside does need some work. But everything was very clean and I enjoyed my stay.

We loved the location, Port Aransas is a great place to vacation. Would have preferred a more modern place, but it served our purpose.

Exactly met our needs and loved how close it was to the beach. The shower by the pool was convenient, and really appreciated how clean it was and how well furnished for a comfortable stay. Only hiccup with checkout but resolved quickly. Will definitely book again, thanks.

Thank you so much for having us!! We were pleasantly surprised that there was a hallway, bathroom and kitchen BETWEEN the bedroom and living room. We were able to put the kids down and still hang out after bedtime!! It was clean, quiet and in a great location!!

Safe easy walk to beach

Lots of towels, including beach towels. Clean linens comfortable beds. Great to have a washer and dryer plus detergent. Needed to be cleaned better and a strange smell when entering possibly from a smoker or the bathroom ceiling tiles. Residents respected the quiet time curfew. The pool was easily accessed .

Beach trip

The 3 minute walk to the beach was great! The condo is older and the pictures do NOT show the true state of the back half of the condo. Everything was clean, but there isn’t enough lighting in the bedroom. Shower area needs updated and a safety bar installed in the tub. Overall, it was a nice spot for our getaway.

Perfect weekend getaway

This was the perfect space for my dad and sisters and I to escape for a long weekend. The beds were comfy, the shower pressure and temperature perfect, and the kitchen worked great for what we needed. The pool is directly behind the unit for easy access, and the beach is very close! The unit is also very close to shopping and my favorite coffee spot on the island. Only two things I wish we would’ve had were an ice maker/tray and maybe a wifi booster or a separate wifi. It seems as though the whole building uses the same wifi and we noticed trouble connecting and staying connected during our trip. Other than that, no problems and we will definitely be coming back!

GREAT!!

Our stay at the condo was near perfect. The condo was very clean, exactly as described, and about a 2-minute walk to the beach. The management company communicated all our check-in instructions prior to arriving and made sure the condo was to our liking during the weekend. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Great Condo Close to the Beach

I would definitely stay here again! Condo was very clean when we got there. I was very pleased at how close to the beach it was—about as close as you can get in Port A. Beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. I was very happy there were little space heaters that I could use in the bathroom because sometimes it’s cold when you get out of the shower/bath. WiFi was wonky the first night we were there—I had better luck using my cell data getting things to load—but then it was good for the rest of our time. We were able to stream Netflix and YouTube without a problem, which was made easier because the TV is a smart TV. We had an issue with the water one day, which was not the property manager’s fault—there were repairs going on that she was not informed about. When I called her, I got an immediate response, and she had an answer for me within 15 minutes.

We’re not able to go due to inclement weather in TX. Tried to reschedule ahead of date but was told it was not possible. Real bummer that Vacasa was not able to work with us on this.

Family fishing trip

A/c worked great, nice location. Booked last minute received info to checkin promptly loved punch code to access property. Only negatives were the clothes dryer took 3 or 4 drying cycles to get clothes dry and internet was spotty so we had to use our cellular data as my son had to do classes during our stay.

Perfect spot for a relaxing get-away.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and spacious for a 1 bedroom. It had cold AC, was a VERY close walk to the gulf beach (3 minutes), and a quick drive to the restaurants and marina in Port Aransas. Perfect location. Would definitely stay again!
