Pleasant family house close to the beach and the city center of Perros Guirec. Enjoy the pink granit coast with friends or family in this 4 bedrooms house with 2 bathrooms, a wide living room and a large winter garden to take your meals looking at the garden whatever the weather.
A large garage is available to park your car in the basement. Free parkings are also available in front of the garage or in the street.
From the house, you can walk to nice restaurants at the beach or down town to eat spécalities from Britanny and sea food.
