A beautiful studio of 23 m2 in a luxury building on the Promenade des Anglais.

This unique residence offers a communal swimming pool on the roof as well as a pool house and a large roof terrace on the top floor, with breathtaking views of the Bay of Angels.

Located on the 5th floor, it benefits from a private terrace facing the courtyard, in a quiet and sunny position.

Very well appointed and equipped: air conditioning, flat screen TV (international channels) free wifi internet connection, microwave, washing machine, oven, coffee machine, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster .... Ironing set, crockery and kitchen utensils.

A kit of linen and towels is included in the price.

Excellent location

Perfect holiday home for a week away. Well equipped with a comfortable bed, Situated so close to everything but still a quiet apartment. The host Sarah was wonderful. Great communication and so friendly. The small additional touches upon arrival in the apartment were also very much appreciated.

Small but Good Home Base

The space itself is quite small for two people, e.g. there’s no room to leave an opened suitcase to live out of (if you don’t put up the Murphy bed every day), but otherwise, this place checks all the boxes. The location serves as a great starting point for exploring the city, communication with the host is quick and easy, and most importantly, the rooftop pool is everything you hoped it’d be.

Great location, great place for 2

A great place for 2 people to stay. Location is fantastic, easy walk to shops, food, beach, train station (15 min). Relax on the rooftop pool and enjoy the ocean view.

Mobilier de l'appartement pas très propre, literie désastreuse, pas de précision sur la place de parking qui est payante. Curieux pour des gens qui semblent avoir plusieurs appart à louer de ne pas être plus professionnels Ah j'oubliais l'odeur de cigarette imprégné dans les rideaux, linge de lit qui ne les ont pas gêné pour nous le louer De 10h30 à 16h, on a le temps de faire pleins de chose pour rendre un 25 m2 propre et louable Dommage car emplacement est sympa

Chers clients, Je suis navrée de cette mésaventure. Comme je vous l’ai expliqué le client précédent n’a pas respecté les règles et à fumé dans l’appartement pendant une durée de 3 semaines !! Le ménage et le nettoyage de l’appartement ont pourtant été bien réalisés mais nous n’avions pas assez de temps entre son départ et votre arrivée pour laver les rideaux qui sont restés imprégnés de cette odeur de tabac. Depuis tout à été lavé et l’odeur a disparue. Cordialement
