Come spend an amazing beach vacation at our ranch near Culloden beach! Our charming 3 bedroom 2 bath is the perfect relaxing escape. Recently renovated in 2014, this house is a 5 minute walk to a private beach. There are lots of extras bikes, beach toys, outdoor shower, double tiered deck with grill and more. Perfect for a family! NO GROUPS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.

- Three bedrooms: Bed One - 1 Queen; Bed Two - 1 Queen bed; Bed Three - crib
- Den has two twin beds
- New central A/C
- High speed internet / WiFi
- Large eat-in kitchen with new premium GE profile appliances (induction stove top) and all essential cookware
- 3 TVs (living room, master bed and Den) Renters can access their Netflix, Hulu, & Amazon Prime Movie accounts on TV
- Patio furniture and a large table with umbrella for outdoor dining and BBQ's
- Premium outdoor propane gas grill
- Private outdoor shower with hot & cold water
- Washer & Dryer
- Family board games for those nights on the deck

Wonderful Summer Getaway

Quiet location in Montauk, great launching point for loads of summer adventures. Very well laid out property with lots of charm and practicality. Owners are very responsive, generous and thoughtful (our daughter loved the extras!) Would highly recommend staying here.
