Fantastic Family & Friends Getaway Montauk House - Any Season!

Incredibly spacious and beautiful 6 bedroom and five bathroom home located in the heart of Montauk offers pond and partial ocean views from a large deck at a high vantage point. Great for families or groups of friends alike - kid friendly (equipped with crib and baby gates if needed). Back yard offers an in-ground fire pit as well as a hot tub on the back deck for cooler evenings. Front deck has large table as well as hammock/bean bag chairs and lounge chairs.

Main house inside has two living rooms with TV both upstairs and downstairs, for multiple people to enjoy, as well as three bedrooms upstairs. Additional two bedroom two bathroom cottage house is fully connected via indoor stairway if desired, but also can be locked off for privacy. It has an additional living room and fridge/sink only kitchenette. The perfect retreat for any season, this charming home is only a ten minute walk from the main town and public beach.

We live in a lovely neighborhood and respect Montauk rules - outside noise and music MUST be kept down after 9:00pm - police will be called if not!
