We know comfort, location and convenience are so important in your decision. We want you to know that cleanliness and a sanitary standard is our PRIORITY. Our guests consistently comment on our cleanliness.. Our fully dedicated and completely renovated ranch is an easy walk to UM Stadium, less than a mile. Premium location with premium amenities. Convenient to shopping, markets, and downtown Ann Arbor. The sun-filled space includes 3 bedrooms (the house sleeps a maximum of 5), a beautiful and relaxing 4 season porch, a cozy tv/sports room, all purpose room, and a beautiful outdoor patio space. We offer a well stocked and updated kitchen with 3 person breakfast bar, living/dining room, LG 55' flat panel TV(Roku), Nest controls and alerts, easy keypad entry, USB electrical outlets, Wi-Fi, sports and movie channels, and comfortable beds with crisp white linens and double sheeted blankets. IF YOU ARE REQUESTING DATES BEYOND 12 MONTHS OUT, PLEASE KNOW THAT THOSE RATES HAVE NOT BEEN SET. Please message host for accurate pricing beyond 12 months out. Guests required to register and sign house policies, minimum rental age is 27 verified with driver's license. Groups of unrelated guests for weddings are not allowed. 2 night minimum for weekends, 3 night minimum for UM graduation weekends, Thur/Fri/Sat or Fri/Sat/Sun. Football weekends require a Friday and Saturday night minimum stay. Pets are not allowed, on property, even if contained.

We are considered "townies" lived in Ann Arbor most of our lives, my husband his entire life. We have a mix of Michigan State and University of Michigan in our backgrounds but our entire family is deeply "blue". As such, we can provide you with a wealth of information and services about area events and attractions. We have renovated 5 homes and the goal of this project was to create a short term rental that would be the best in Ann Arbor. Based on our own travel experiences and expectations, hotels and rentals all over the world, we have put together a spotless and comfortable home for your visits to Ann Arbor. We offer a home we would stay in ourselves. So many of our guests have become treasured friends. Please come and stay with us!
Why they chose this property
The proximity to all things UM is unbeatable. The entire house has been updated and is sparkling clean. four gathering areas and a home office provide the best in comfort and quiet. The kitchen is completely equipped, ice maker in freezer, coffee bar, counter seating. Plenty of spacious parking right next to the back door. Beautifully shaded front yard and new back patio. We have a whole house generator for Ann Arbor's frequent power outages that will run everything but the AC and the range/oven. House has ceiling fans in kitchen/dining/living and porch areas and bedrooms. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, 2 blocks from beautiful Pioneer Woods walking trail. 2.5 bathrooms is rare among short term rentals in this area, with half bath in primary/king bedroom. Comfortable beds and linens are a priority for us!
