Ginger's Guesthouse: 4 BR, 3.5 BA House in Jekyll Island, Sleeps 9

A beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath cottage with a very spacious family room, screened-in pool, and spa that is a short walk to the beach. As an added perk Ginger provides paper products: paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, bath soap, garbage bags, and coffee filters to help make your vacation comfortable. Now you just might have room to bring that extra set of golf clubs.

Two external security cameras are in use at this home. One is aimed at the pool in the back yard and the other is aimed at the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home or pool area.

NO PETS ALLOWED!

Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. These items will not be replenished during your stay.

The pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee. Call for a price quote.

NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

Ginger’s Guesthouse

This property was very spacious and had everything we needed to have a wonderful family vacation. We also enjoyed having our own private pool. Ginger‘s Guesthouse was conveniently located near all of the restaurants and attractions in Jekyll.

Excellent Jekyll Cottage

We had a wonderful stay here, and will definitely come back to stay at Ginger’s Guesthouse again! The home was very spacious and the pool was bigger than expected and perfect for my two boys! The home had everything we needed plus more! The home is a very short walk to the beach (easy to do with kids). The staff and owners were very attentive and helpful throughout the stay.

Amazingly relaxing!

My husband and I had a very relaxing break from the world this week. I especially enjoyed the swing in the front yard. Ocean breezes and serenaded each night by the cicadas! Thank you, Ginger for letting us be a part of this oasis!

Perfect Place to Stay

My coworkers and I stayed during our conference on Jekyll Island. We loved the house, and the roominess was fantastic. We really enjoyed the hot tub. Our only suggestion would be providing hand soap for the bathrooms. But everything was clean, very well kept, and easy to find. We would gladly stay there again!

Such a comfortable, welcoming home, and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Plenty of room for our family of 8, The owner has been very intentional in making the home “renter friendly”—books to borrow, beach towels and chairs to use, and light switches and kitchen drawers are labeled, making it really easy to locate things. We will definitely return! FYI, Beach erosion does prevent access except during the height of low tide, so we did drive to Great Dunes Park to set up our tent and chairs for the day.

Labor Day last minute get away

Clean and wonderfully pool. Very personal home for a family that has obviously enjoyed their time on Jekyl. The "about the house" was a list of "5 outdoor cameras but NO indoor cameras", combined with a lot of family photos a little off putting and looking for indoor cameras.

Love this property will stay again.

Spa never warmed up , even after calling Kauffman to have someone come out to check it. There were dirty towels in the towel bin and no bath mat in the back bedroom where there was carpet in the shower area. Daughter has said there was mold in the kitchen ice maker. Love the area, and layout of this home. Didn’t like having the clean ourselves when we pay Parker Kauffman a cleaning fee. I pay a cleaning fee to not clean before I leave, meaning having to sweep and vacuum. Seriously though, love the layout of this house.
