BRAND NEW RENTAL HOME ON JEKYLL ISLAND!! DON’T MISS IT!

Newly renovated coastal dream home just steps from the beach on Jekyll Island! This home offers you a private oasis with pristine beauty on a state park while providing you all of the conveniences of home at the beach! We offer 4 nice-sized bedrooms, 3 with en-suites! 2 King Bedrooms, both with an en-suite. Additional bedrooms offer 1 queen bedroom and 1 bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and a twin sleeper sofa. This room shares a full Jack and Jill type bathroom. We also have a new pac n play onsite for convenience when traveling with babies! Huge kitchen, 2 relaxing family room areas, Jekyll Sun room with TV, sofa and additional seating. Fenced in backyard with additional outdoor seating on the back patio. Max capacity for 10 to sleep.

Located on North Beachview Drive, a block from the beach and a super quick drive to the public beach access with free parking. A little further down is Tortuga Jacks.

You have full access to the entire house.
All your needs are covered at this island oasis. Rental includes full laundry room for your convenience, fresh bed linens, soft hotel quality bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, Cuisinart Drip Coffee Maker and Keurig coffee makers, coffee bean grinder, large pots for crab boils, crockpot, dishwasher, mini fridge for extra drinks, dishtowels plus many more conveniences. There are a few games inside of the house as well as books. Take a book, leave a book policy. Guests have access to the whole house with the exception of 2 owners closets. In the garage you will find a couple of boogie boards and skimboards, various sand toys, corn hole and beach chairs for your use. We also have certain items secured that are only for the owners use. Entry to the house is gained by using the keypad on the front door with your own personal key code.

There is a propane grill outside stored in the breezeway between the house and the garage that will need to be pulled out for use.

Each rental receives a starter set for amenities such as paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher pods for kitchen and roll of toilet paper and 1 bar soap for each bathroom. Tenants need to bring additional items for when their starter set runs out.

TECHNOLOGY
The home is outfitted with high speed internet to ensure even coverage throughout the house. There are 3 TVs total, 1 65in Samsung Smart TV in the main Family room, 1 50 inch TV in the Jekyll Sun room (has a firestick) and 1 42 inch in the twin/full bunk bed bedroom (smart TV).

Entrance onto Jekyll Island requires you to pay a $10 daily park fee per car since it is a State Park. For more information and to purchase passes please visit Jekyll Island's website and search for visitor parking.seating.

Amazing home and great location

We had a great time and it was a wonderful place with everything we needed! Fully stocked kitchen for lots of cooking and lots of space for the kids to play. We loved watching tv on the sun room at night and sitting on the front porch. Great location with just a 5 min drive to the beach. There was something to do every day and we went to the beach every afternoon. We really enjoyed out week at the island!

Family 40th Anniversary Weekend

The property was perfect for the nine of us, 6 adults and 3 children. Very clean and fresh, plenty of room for the kids to run around and for us all to sit down and have a meal together. Beds were all very comfortable and with 3 1/2 bathrooms, no problems there. My daughters have already told me they would like to return next year!

This house was beautiful! Pictures were accurate. Beds were comfortable and thick towels. Communication with the owner was exceptional. No complaints! Location was perfect for getting to the beach and thankful there were beach chairs for us to enjoy. The Georgia Sea Turtle Cemter, the Old town trolly, and St. Simons and Cumberland Island close by. Wonderful week

This property was amazing and by far the nicest we have stayed at. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Nicely decorated. Has a ton of amenities throughout. Plenty of parking for our visitors. Sunrises were red some mornings as we sat on the front porch rockers facing east. The owners were easy to contact even though we didn't need to contact them because we had no issues. We highly reccomend the property and would definitely stay again.

Exceptional vacation

This lovely house on Jekyll Island more than exceeded our expectations! Our group, two families comprised of four adults and four teenagers, comfortably stayed in this home. The layout of the house allowed everyone to have space if they wanted time apart from the group. The dining table hosted many spirited rummy games! I loved the lanai and spent one entire evening there crocheting by myself. The beach was close enough that several of us visited multiple times a day. My nephew said early morning runs were beautiful. We saw freshly laid loggerhead turtle nests which we adults marveled at; the teens only had eyes for the beach :) Our entire crew loved their time at this cozy home. We look forward to visiting again.

We successfully managed a beach rental in New Jersey for 3 full seasons with excellent reviews and many repeat renters. We wanted to have a our beach rental closer to home and we fell in love with Jekyll the moment we drove through the State Park gates! We are excited about this new opportunity and we look forward to hosting you for years to come!

From the moment we drove into the park we felt at home. It is a beautiful beach town, quiet, clean and so peaceful. And, from the moment we toured this home we could see ourselves vacationing here with our family and new it would be a wonderful family vacation home for others too. We are very close to the beach, only a block off, and a short drive to all of your favorite spots on Jekyll. There are plenty of things to do on the Island as well, including great restaurants, fishing, golf, tennis, pickleball, just to name a few.

What makes this property unique

We love our home. It is situated in an ideal location and was recently renovated. It hosts a large group of people and offers all of the amentities you need right there at the house. Pack enough food for a week and you won't have to drive off the park! It is one level and has a very open floor plan. It is clean and comfortable.
