About this property

House in St Briac sur mer 300 meters from the beach

Ideally located 300 meters from the beach of Salinette, and 700 m from the golf of Dinard (which is St Briac! ), we rent for the first year our holiday home. This simple and friendly house is near the restaurants and shops of the Boulevard de la Houle.
Living / dining room 2 exposures, 1 double room, 1 sofa bed and bedroom/dormitory upstairs with 4 single beds and 1 sofa bed. 2 toilets.
Attention only one bathroom, that's why we limit the rental to 7 people.
The pellet stove is popular at mid-season and at the end of August.

The enclosed garden of 700 m2 allows you to enjoy the Breton sun and barbecue.

We also have our beach cabin (Salinette) with all you need for the little ones.
