This unit is conveniently located near shopping (Safeway, King Soopers, Natural Grocers, Walgreens, Etc.) and recreation while also being close to the St Anthony's hospital, Union Corridor and Federal Center.

Guests have commented that they love the Heatilator fireplace which gets this home nice and toasty in the winter (there is a furnace as well). The home also features central air to keep you cool all summer long.

Rental rate incluses all utilities and internet.

Disaster

This property is not suitable for guests, and no effort was made by the host to make it welcoming. The photos did not represent the current furnishings or condition. It’s cluttered, the carpet is stained, and the mattress is horrible. Things are broken, lightbulbs are missing and burned out. The top of the refrigerator is a greasy, dirty mess. All the clean towels were found in the dryer, the only TP was a small bit left on the roll, and there were only a few drops remaining in the bottle of dish soap. Yes, it had been “cleaned” but it still felt dirty. This place has potential, but it is not in suitable condition to serve as a guest house.

This is a very quaint place to stay. Very quiet neighborhood yet very close to anything and everything you will need for your stay. I highly recommend a stay with Matthew guiding you along the way. Quick to respond to questions and suggestions.

Great Location, well appointed, perfect for one

This cozy little apartment was a perfect place to stay while I was waiting to get into my condo. The appliances and carpet are reasonably new, everything works well, and the furnishings are clean and tidy. Everything you need is there. It's less than a mile from the Federal Center bus and trail station, so easy access to downtown or wherever. Having the front parking spot is a bonus. Convenient to shopping, fitness facilities, or even the foothills, it really has everything you need.

Everything was exactly as described. Nice, quiet neighborhood with options for dining and activities nearby. Perfect property for one or two people.
