About this property

The Little Farmhouse - Near Red Rocks and Downtown Denver

Cozy Lakewood farmhouse in a quiet neighborhood 15 mins from Red Rocks, 10 mins from Downtown Denver, and 35 mins from Boulder. Cute side courtyard for your enjoyment with lots of friendly wildlife. Coffee/Tea available. Microwave available as well as a fridge/freezer for guests in addition to stove, all utensils, plates, cookware.

The neighborhood:
Cute neighborhood, part farm, part city life! Many of my neighbors have chickens, goats, horses, sheep, etc. We are also a quick hop to anywhere in the city and also to the mountains! Very centrally located to anything you could possibly want to do in the Denver area!

The space:
Two bedrooms (Queen size in one, and full size bed in the other) and one bathroom. Netflix, HBONow, and Prime video (extra charges apply for any rentals) available on the TV. If you have more than 2 people staying and will need additional bedding for couch sleeping, please contact me. Towels and bedding are provided, as well as basic shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

Guest access:
You will have full access to the home, minus a locked cabinet and storage unit. Full access of common areas and two bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as private side courtyard. The larger backyard also has a beach volleyball court. Please be advised the big backyard is split 50/50 with the neighbor. Please be mindful to stay on our side unless using the volleyball court or unless you are invited.

Getting around:
About 10 minutes from the nearest lightrail station, on Wadsworth. Uber and Lyft are great options for getting around without a car; however, a having a car in Denver is highly recommended.

Other things to note:
Photo ID and deposit is required prior to arrival. This is fully refunded after checkout inspection, provided there are no incidentals. NO CIGARETTE SMOKING ALLOWED in or near the house. 420 ok outside ONLY. No smoking of any kind, including vape indoors. Sorry, no pets, no parties.

Everything from booking to check out was seamless and super easy. The house was just as described, clean, and had all the needed amenities. The location allowed us to walk to dinner and easily enjoy hiking and a concert at Red Rocks. Would highly recommend!

Perfect size. Perfect location.

A couple of friends and I stayed here for a Red Rocks show and everything was excellent. We had just the amount of space we needed and it's close proximity to everything made our stay very convenient.

The little farm house was wonderful and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Anita was great and we were able to check in a little early. Communication easy and responsive. Location ideal for going to shows at Red Rocks! I will stay here again for sure!

Can’t say enough good things about the property and Anita and her family! I’m obsessed with the house itself, it’s so perfect! The layout makes it so there’s enough room for everything!Then we were much higher maintenance of tenants than I thought and Anita was so responsive and had so much grace with us. I can’t say enough about how great the stay was!

Awesome Little Place

This was a wonderful place to stay! Nice and quiet neighborhood that's a perfect distance from Denver. The house was clean and comfortable with an awesome hangout spot in the backyard. The host was very responsive and accommodating. It was a great experience all around! I'll definitely be booking here again the next time I visit the Denver Area.

Cute and cozy farmhouse

The Little Farmhouse was cozy and our family of four had plenty of room. The small office was a great space for my husband to do some work during our down time. We enjoyed morning coffee in the side yard and the cool breeze in the evening. It was located within close proximity to everything we had planned while on vacation. The host was very prompt and easy to communicate with. Check-in/out was a breeze.

Perfect little farmhouse

This place was super clean and the kitchen was really well stocked with dishes and cook wear. I stayed over thanksgiving and needed to cook casseroles and desserts and everything I needed was already there!! The backyard was private and cute! The bed was comfortable! I hope to stay again sometime soon!!

Red Rocks Reunion

Me & my 2 best friends from high school stayed at the Little Farmhouse for the main purpose of reuniting & going to Red Rocks to see Sting. The Little Farmhouse was perfect for us! It was conveniently located close to both downtown Denver and Red Rocks. The beds and couch were very comfy, and we had everything we needed. Anita communicates well with her clients & responds pretty quickly. We had zero problems with our stay.

Adorable Little Frmhouse

We loved this place, not only because it was close to family, but it was also located near anything we needed. The house is perfect for a couple and has everything you need. The owner is friendly and easy to contact. Check in and check out was super easy. We look forward to coming back.

Definitely recommend for a comfortable stay just outside of Denver!! Check in was super easy, and the host was very timely and responsive whenever we communicated. There was ample space, with two full bedrooms, a comfy living room, full-size kitchen, one full bath, and an office with a desk and chair if you need a work space. Kitchen counter extends for bar seating on the living room side. Great layout, homey feeling, affordable, clean. Even has a small backyard with patio furniture for relaxing. Ample parking for at least two vehicles, quiet neighborhood, safe for walking. Located about halfway between Denver and Red Rocks, lots of stores and restaurants within 5-10min drive. Would gladly stay here again, thank you!!
