You will be staying on Cours de la Martinique, in the heart of the Chartrons district; the former wine merchants' quarter, now one of the most sought-after areas of Bordeaux with its independent boutiques, wine bars and trendy restaurants. The cours itself, inaugurated in 1907, is lined with superb buildings featuring eclectic early 20th-century facades.
From Mérignac Airport: tram F to Hôtel de Ville then tram B to Cours du Médoc (stop 100 metres away).

great location near riverfront and tram stop. fair price. good kitchen and comfortable beds. bath needs updating. needs better lighting for reading. 50 steps good for workout, tough on elderly. basically a good experience!

Very Good Apartment

Overall a great apartment and good value for money, if you are staying with another couple make sure that you’re comfortable with them as the privacy from the bathroom is the only real issue with the whole place. Good staff and a great location, close to town but far enough away that you’re not right in the centre. Great local amenities too.

I found it somewhat difficult to get a hold of my contact, I was initially contacted by what's app but that was never discussed or implied that I saw, so I did respond via what's app but then never received any contact from my contact.

Great location - ok amenities

The location of the apartment was great. Just outside of the main centre (15min max walk to mirror pond) and close to some good restaurants. However, no air con in the apartment meant it got really hot making it uncomfortable to sleep. The blinds in on of the bedrooms were also broken so light poured in at the crack of dawn making it hard to sleep. The main issue was the bathroom - being so close to the bedrooms and having sliding slatted doors meant there was very little privacy. Although no one could see in anyone could hear your bathroom movements. Also the check in time is latest 8:30pm. Any later you have to pay 10eur cash for someone to deliver the keys - and check out time is really early 10am with no option to leave cases anywhere. (We managed to pay to leave bags at a hotel close by through nannybag)

Cet appartement est agéable, bien placé à 2 pas du tram, donnant sur cour donc pas de nuisance sonore. Par contre je n'ai pas l'habirude de dire ce qui ne va pas mais là c'etait trop. On nous impose un forfait ménage donc l'appartement devrait être nickel sauf que le lave-vaisselle était immonde, un plat de four inutilisable, une épaisse couche de poussière sur le miroir de salle de bain ainsi que sur les portes persiennes de la salle de bain. Cette porte n'est pas close donc pas d'intimité. Des remarques ont déjà été faites mais rien n'a changé. Je ne peux mettre des photos avec ce commentaire à mon grand regret.Cordialement

La casa está bien situada y es bonita pero no hay ninguna privacidad en el baño. Está muy próximo a las habitaciones y está cerrado con una puerta corredera que en realidad es una contraventana con lamas que se ve desde fuera y no cierra. Solo es admisible si estás en la mas absoluta intimidad

Très bien situé avec le tram à côté. Appartement bien aménagé. Literie très bonne. Par contre : fours non nettoyés. Pas d'alèse dans les lits.

Très bon séjour

Un très bon séjour, une communication et des contacts fluide dès la résérvation. Ils se sont adaptés à notre changement d'heure d'arrivée suite à un contre temps de dernière minute. Appartement très calme et propre qui correspond en tous points à l'annonce. Aucun souci lors du séjour, très bien placé.

Cher pour ce que c'est...

Nous avons été déçus de tous les dysfonctionnements non mentionnés dans l'annonce : la machine à café qui fuit, le robinet de la cuisine qui ne tient pas, la porte de la chambre qui ne ferme pas, la grosse toile d'araignée dans le couleur, l'absence de volet extérieur dans une des chambres... Nous avons payé le supplément draps et serviettes de 50 euros, tout ça pour se retrouver à dormir dans des draps tâchés de sang. Nous n'avons jamais trouvé de torchons dans la cuisine pour essuyer la vaisselle. Mis à part ça, l'appartement en lui-même est très beau et idéalement situé. L'accueil est aussi top, on a été très bien reçu. C'est tous ces petits désagréments qui nous ont déçus et on a trouvé l'appartement bien trop cher pour les prestations proposées.

Un appartement bien équipé avec 2 chambres , quai Chartrons, quartier calme et bien fréquenté. A deux pas de la cité du vin en tram et du bassin des lumières, halle de Bacalan, à 5 min des quinconces et du centre ville en tram.

Excellent apartment. Great location for exploring this gorgeous city. Apartment perfect for a family of 4 or 2 couples So much to do. The transport links are amazing. We got a week ticket for the tram, bus and ferry which was perfect.
