La casa grande e accogliente si trova sulla spiaggia, la posizione della casa è impagabile, sul mare, all'interno di una pineta e lontano da altre abitazioni. [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The large and welcoming house is located on the beach, the position of the house is priceless, on the sea, inside a pine forest and away from other houses.

Das Haus war eine einzige Katstrophe und ist dringend sanierungsbedürftig. Die Bäder waren einfach nur eklig. Die Außenanlage, die Zufahrt und die Zuwegungen waren schlichtweg unzumutbar. Wir haben uns bei jeder Fahrt das Auto verkratzt. De Parkplatz war einfach nur ein abgeholzter Bereich. Der Weg vom Parkplatz ist für gehbehinderte Menschen nicht gefahrlos zu bewältigen. Das hätte angegeben werden müssen. Im Wald befindet sich eine Sickergrube die man nicht "überriechen" konnte. Das einzig positive ist die Nähe zum Strand. Allerdings ist der Weg dorthin auch grenzwürdig. Wir waren mit acht Personen im Haus. Es waren aber nur vier Liegestühle vorhanden. Einen Grill bzw. Barbecue gab es überhaupt nicht. Nach unserer Reklamation bekamen wir ein billiges Ding aus dem Baumarkt. Summa sumarum ist es eine Frechheit für diese Bruchbude so viel Geld zu verlangen. Nie mehr wieder Wenn Sie möchten, können wir Ihnen gerne Bilder schicken. Diese haben keinerlei Ähnlichkeit mit den Bildern aus Ihrem Angebot. Sie sollten die Objekte besser prüfen, bevor Sie solche Angebote einstellen. Ihre Internetseite werden wir jedenfalls zukünftig meiden.

This property is in an excellent position for the beach with fantastic view from the veranda. It is as the description says a simple Tuscan villa with the basic facilities but we found it very comfortable and fell in love with the place. There is a campsite near by where you are able to buy food etc and a restaurant if you fancy a meal out so you do not have to come off the site. We would definitely return
