Schön gelegenes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Bedingt durch die Räumlichkeiten ist das Haus geeignet für Familien mit Kindern, auch der schöne große Garten und die Terrasse sind schön. Was auch für das Haus spricht ist die Strandnähe mit ca. 1 km und die relativ ruhige Lage ist zur Erholung sehr gut geeignet. Das Haus und auch die Einrichtung würden jedoch eine Verjüngungskur gut vertragen.

Like many houses in Punta Ala, the style is vintage, and we do our best to keep everything working perfectly and restoring the original materials. This winter we restored the windows and shade, so they can shine for more 40 years. We think that comfort is our first thought, and we keep an eye on pollution. We think that changing objects and restyling only for the need of a "new style" will pollute the world and will add cheaper quality materials to the house. The price of the house is very convenient also for this reason.

wie schon letztes Jahr haben wir unsere Sommerferien in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Kontakt war sehr angenehm ( im Vorfeld wie auch während dem Urlaub). Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! By Googletranslate: come l'anno scorso abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze estive in questa bellissima casa vacanze. La casa è perfetta sia per le famiglie sia per amici con figli. L’unica pecca è la distanza dal mare peró risolta con il posto macchina riservato al bagno incluso nel prezzo.

Una bella casa nella pineta di Punta Ala, con un grande giardino, ben accessoriata . Ideale per 4/5 adulti + 2 ragazzi. A 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia . Ci ritprneremo

Quiet Retreat

We had a ten day retreat in a quiet neighborhood of Punta Ala. The large windows in the living room gave us a view of the spacious garden. We enjoyed the autumn sun in the garden, while walking down to the beach for a swim, or even having a good long hike to Castiglione de la Pescaia. If you are looking for a place to rest and unwind with loved ones; this place certainly has worked for us.

Im September 2020 verbrachten wir mit unserer Familie (5 Erwachsene, 1 Hund) unsere Ferien in diesem Haus in Punta Ala. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Villenquartiert, hat einen wunderschönen, sehr gepflegten und komplett eingezäunten Garten. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestatet (inklusive Barbeque mit Gas). Der Kontakt im Vorfeld, die Übergabe und Abgabe des Hauses war sehr freundlich und reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Casa molto accogliente, giardino splendido, vacanze perfette

La casa era perfetta per le nostre esigenze. I bambini avevo ampio spazio per giocare e dormire. Siamo stati benissimo. Vicino a tante spiagge e al supermercato quindi una vacanze molto facile e piacevole.
