Casa Beazley Charming Beach View Home Cholla Bay

Enjoy unique Casa Beazley! Three stories tall, Beazley makes a homey vacation residence for as many as 7 guests.

Head up to the top floor foe a terrace that is comfortable and full of comfort. The main floor houses the main bedroom and attached bathroom, as well as the kitchen. One big advantage of renting a private home for this type of trip is a kitchen with all of the needed appliances to prepare your meals. Casa Beasley provides a complete kitchen. Also on the main floor is a back patio. The bedroom offers a king sized bed, the living room an additional queen sized bed.

Up the spiral staircase to the second floor, and you come to the second bedroom with it's Queen sized bed. There is akids room containing board games, TV, and DVD player. There is another day bed here too.

Please be advised that before heading to the property, you must stop by our office to pick up the keys.

Comfy, clean and close to the beach!

Beds were very comfortable, lots of kitchen supplies. Short walk to the beach, easy access. Tides were out for miles, sand dollars and shells galore. Walking distance to Oyster House and JJ’s, two completely different experiences. Chungos restaurant, a short 60 second walk was delicious, clean and cold. Only thing missing were beach chairs!

Love the house and area, poor communication.

Everything was perfect and ready! Ac worked and everything was clean. We did have to find the DVD player power cord in order to watch our dvds. We also ran out of water after 1 shower after our 1st day and they never came to fill it back up. So going to the beach and not being able to shower after or use the restrooms was terrible. The communication was absolutely terrible, we had no idea you have to meet at the main office in town to get keys till after we left messages and talked to locals to figure it out. Overall it was a cute fun place to be at, if you're okay with poor communication and possibly water running out and not having any for your trip. We did love the location and how fun the house was! Lots of space to hangout and relax! And close to the beach to just walk.

No running water, be aware

We were a group of 2 couples, rented this property for 2 nights and paid full listed price. After checking in at the office in town, we arrived at the property at about 6:40 pm, we immediately realized there was no running water just the sound of sucking air when we turned on the faucets. We called the number they gave us for maintenance at check-in. We were told somebody would be right over to fix the water issue. We went out to dinner back by about 11:30 still no water, called again and were told the same thing, someone would be right over. By now toilets are full, can’t flush them, can’t take shower, brush our teeth or even wash our hands. We wake up the next day at 7am, still no water, as far as we can tell no one ever showed up the night before. I called again, and I was told they had called for a water delivery. At about 8:30am water truck pulls up and hooks up a large hose to the side of the unit next to ours and presumably fills our water tanks. We finally have running water, and able to wash up and flush the toilets finally. We are out all day, when we get back in that evening we take showers, didn’t even use the kitchen and shortly after, the water is out again. I called them again, and their response is of surprise. This water issue made the entire trip a miserable experience for all 4 of us. When on a vacation, after the daily activities, you expect to come to your rental, shower, wash up, use the toilet and relax. We did not have that basic necessity staying here. To add insult to injury on the day we left we found out the water delivery place is literarily a short block away. Why did it take so long for the water delivery? Why was our water out in the first place? We mostly stay at vacation rentals and this was the worst experience ever for all of us. 1 star is the lowest I can give, and it is too much.
